For a stay less than 7 nights, please add cleaning fee of $100.00 to the price. Pool heat is optional, but advisable from October to March $169.00 per week.
To secure a booking a non refundable deposit of $380.00 per week is required.
The balance is due 10 weeks before departure along with a refundable Security Deposit of $380.00.
Cancellations: There is a cancellation charge for any cancellations made less than 10 weeks prior to departure.
