Executive Four Bed Pool Home Near Disney World
Our villa is situated south of Disney at Bridgewater Crossing, a quiet residential complex surrounded by beautiful wetland nature reserves. The house is a spacious four bedroom detached property on a large plot. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms plus a double sofa bed, giving accommodation for up to 10 people. The layout is very well suited to 2 families sharing. There are 3 bathrooms, pool with spa, double garage and air conditioning. The lounge is 25ft long with open plan kitchen and dining area. There is also a communal facility which includes a pool, children's play area and a BBQ area by the lake.

Bridgewater Crossing is a charming, peaceful and private development within a nature reserve with deep water lakes and wetlands. It is located on Ronald Regan Highway (CR54) which is about 5 minutes away from Interstate 4 (I4) Junction 58. The famous International Drive is 10 minutes away and the accommodation is 5 minutes from Highway 192.

| Notes: | The kitchen is very well equipped with all you would expect in your own home plus more. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, blender, waste disposal, and laundry room. Master bedroom has a king size bed and TV, and en-suite bathroom. Outside the house is a 56ft wide pool area with 26ft pool and spa. There is a large covered lanai with ample dining furniture and loungers. The whole pool area is enclosed in a screen. Using the I-4 freeway which is 2 miles from the house, It takes 10 minutes to Disney's World Drive. Close enough to come home for lunch then back again. |
