The Mansion House Vila is located in the prestigious development of Calabay Parc on Highway 27, approximately 5 minutes from Junction 55 of the I-4, the main highway from which all the Disney Attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and the main shopping malls are accessed. Calabay Parc is an immaculately maintained, peaceful community consisting of a variety of luxury and executive villas finished to an exceptionally high specification. It is now firmly established as one of the most desirable communities for those wishing to vacation around the Disney and Orlando areas. Drive time to Disney is approximately 15 minutes. Drive time to the nearest shops and restaurants is approximately 5 minutes and the famous Highway 192 is just five miles North. Champions Gate Golf Course and shopping complex is just five miles South. Everything is close enough for convenience, far enough for peace and quiet.

We have created three master suites, two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed, all with private bathrooms. One of the twin rooms has also been upgraded to include pyramid bunk-beds for added fun for the kids. Finally, the leather sofa in the loft area opens out into a comfortable queen-size bed for extra capacity.

Notes: With one of the master suites opening out onto the extended pool deck and another opening onto the huge balcony which overlooks the pool below and wooded conservation area in the distance, it is difficult to choose a favourite bedroom. With the Spiderman pyramid bunk-beds in one twin room and two single beds in the other, even the kids get a choice of rooms. Fantastic indoor activities are also provided for without compromise; with full size pool, air-hockey, foosball and table-tennis tables in the purpose-built air-conditioned Games room and even a library of over 100 books and numerous board games cater for a multitude of preferences. There is also plenty of entertainment available with a state-of-the-art Sony surround sound theatre system with c100 Cable TV channels, DVD, CD and Radio in the living room and TVs with integrated CD, DVD and VHS players in each of the master suites and games rooms. A complete security system adds peace of mind to your stay.

It seemed more like a home than a rental villa and we were sad to leave on the Saturday morning. 1st Private Villa Rental.

Excellent property - would stay there again if large group went. Can not find any fault with the place, is approx 30 - 50 minutes from parks not in busy built up area. Park nearby for kids to play in. Owner of villa also 5*, any queries I had before went he was happy to help out - changed booking last minute as airline altered flight days, again no problem at all and no extra charge.

If looking for large villa would go for this one.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
