All Airports, including Tampa, are easily accessible. The Villa is only minutes away from US 192, which is the main entertainment stretch for Restaurants, Shops, Theme Diners etc. The Disney Park is a mere 15 mins drive and Sea World is 20 minutes away. Wet 'n Wild 25 mins. 24hrs Supermarket is only 10 mins away. New large Publix supermarket is 5 minutes away. Other shops just 5 minutes to the South include, Chinese, Liquor Store, Chemists, Gas Station, Nails etc.
In our experience you want a villa which is convenient to all the amenities but yet tucked away in a peaceful corner where you can relax with your family and recharge your batteried for the next day. Well this is one of those rare villas which is private and secluded by the pool so that you can unwind.

We have several Golf courses on our Doorstep: Highland Reserve being less then 5 minutes away and a quaint Course in two 9 hole segments at Polo Park (Mainly Par3's which run through back yards. Its delightful for a peaceful game in exceptional settings. Southern Dunes 10 minutes drive South. Great Course with Big bunkers and a great clubhouse with a good restaurant and Bar for relaxing.

Reunion - by Ginn - which is Nicholas, Watson and Palmer designed 54 Hole course. (15 minutes away)
Champions Gate - Lynx type creation by professionals. Currently always in use for pro tournaments. (10 minutes away)
Highland Reserve 5/10 minutes away. Based on English names and a lovely long course with breathtaking holes.
Rudgewood Lakes - 10 minutes away. Lots of Water as the name suggests.
Legends: A 25 minute drive to the North brings you to this stunning course, which is testing at times and very well designed.
Dining and Shopping:
The supermakerts and chemists are only 10 minutes away in either direction to the villa. So is the Gas station
Dining: The main 192 Road is just 10 minutes away. Here you will find all types of Diners and restaurants with Service with a smile, which US is famous for, from TGI Friday’s to Outback to Carrabbas to the usual Fast food chains. The Theme Dining restaurants are also in abundant supply on this Road.
Shopping: The Main malls are only a short drive away and can easily be reached off the I4 Motorway. Junction 67 will bring you to Premium Outlets, which is full of designer bargains. The Millenia Mall is the latest addition to the Orlando Shopping scene and has great upmarket shops including Apple, Saks 5th Avenue, Tiffany's and Armani stores.
Be warned you can easily spend a full day at these shopping Malls. (& Credit Limits on cards )
A new shopping centre is into construction stage near us called Posner Centre by the interstate junction and could be open late 06 or 07
