Our villa has a private 32ft pool & 8ft spa/Jacuzzi with atmospheric underwater coloured lighting. This is bigger than 95% of villa pools in the Disney Area. It is just the start of the many luxury upgrades that make this a fantastic villa and somewhere special to stay. It is a luxury 4 bed 3 bath villa on one of the best designed and managed vacation communities. 10/15mins to Disney. 20 mins to Universal. Close to Highway 192 and Interstate 4. It has an internet connected computer, cable TV in all bedrooms and lounge. PS2 and games in one bedroom, CD/radio in lounge with large TV, video, DVD and games room including pool and air hockey tables. Air conditioned throughout. The villa is located on Highway 27, midway between I4 and H192. It is about 15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes Sea world and 25 minutes Universal studios. It has over 100 golf courses within half an hour. There is a Publix supermarket about 2 miles away and a new Wallmat about 4 miles away. Either coast is approximately one and a half hours away. It is perfectly positioned for the perfect holiday.

2 Master bedrooms, 1 with US king & 1 with US queen (UK king), ensuite with walk in showers (plus bath in 1) & doors to pool area; 2 twin bedrooms sharing 3rd bathroom; One themed as Nemo and one as Americana; Covered lanai/porch with fan and 48ft pool deck; Upgraded beautiful lounge and furniture; Upgraded bedding and pelmets, not standard package; Fully equipped kitchen with ice making fridge, microwave, cooker, electric kettle etc; Dining room with seating for 8; Utility with large washing machine and tumble dryer; As well as the PS2 there are toys, plus lilo's and floaters for the pool; Also provided are free high chair, travel cot and stroller if you have a little one; It is managed by a US agent available 24 hours a day. We also have a games room featuring pool and air hockey tables.
External upgrades
This is a superb corner plot with extensive additional landscaping comprising extra palm and US trees, screen hedging for pool with beautiful Hawaiian Ti plants near the spa/jacuzzi plus other coloured planting. The normal pool size is 26ft. Ours is 32ft with an 8ft spa and underwater lights that change colour while you are in the pool or they can be set on one colour. The pool deck is also extended to 48ft which goes beyond the width of the house. It gives plenty of room for the 6 loungers. The lanai/porch houses a table & chairs. It also has a ceiling fan and affords welcome shade when required
