Our villa has a private 32ft pool & 8ft spa/Jacuzzi with atmospheric underwater coloured lighting. This is bigger than 95% of villa pools in the Disney Area. It is just the start of the many luxury upgrades that make this a fantastic villa and somewhere special to stay. It is a luxury 4 bed 3 bath villa on one of the best designed and managed vacation communities. 10/15mins to Disney. 20 mins to Universal. Close to Highway 192 and Interstate 4. It has an internet connected computer, cable TV in all bedrooms and lounge. PS2 and games in one bedroom, CD/radio in lounge with large TV, video, DVD and games room including pool and air hockey tables. Air conditioned throughout. Bedrooms regularly updated to keep fresh and special for your stay. 5 Minutes to Champions Gate and Publix supermarket. Over 100 top class golf courses within 30 minutes.

The villa is located on Highway 27, midway between I4 and H192. It is about 15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes Sea world and 25 minutes Universal studios. It has over 100 golf courses within half an hour. There is a Publix supermarket about 2 miles away and a new Wallmat about 4 miles away. Either coast is approximately one and a half hours away. It is perfectly positioned for the perfect holiday.

Special villa with many upgrades: 2 Master bedrooms, 1 with US king & 1 with US queen (UK king), ensuite with walk in showers (plus bath in 1) & doors to pool area; 2 twin bedrooms sharing 3rd bathroom; One themed as Nemo and one as Americana; Covered lanai/porch with fan and 48ft pool deck; Upgraded beautiful lounge and furniture; Upgraded bedding and pelmets, not standard package; Fully equipped kitchen with ice making fridge, microwave, cooker, electric kettle etc; Dining room with seating for 8; Utility with large washing machine and tumble dryer; As well as the PS2 there are toys, plus lilo's and floaters for the pool; Also provided are free high chair, travel cot and stroller if you have a little one; It is managed by a US agent available 24 hours a day. We also have a games room featuring pool and air hockey tables.

External upgrades: This is a superb corner plot with extensive additional landscaping comprising extra palm and US trees, screen hedging for pool with beautiful Hawaiian Ti plants near the spa/jacuzzi plus other coloured planting. The normal pool size is 26ft. Ours is 32ft with an 8ft spa and underwater lights that change colour while you are in the pool or they can be set on one colour. The pool deck is also extended to 48ft which goes beyond the width of the house. It gives plenty of room for the 6 loungers. The lanai/porch houses a table & chairs. It also has a ceiling fan and affords welcome shade when required

Fantastic Villa

Our second stay here and just as wonderful. The best touches are the free phone card, which lasted for the duration of our holiday and the PC and internet. Great for keeping in touch by email.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished and beds are really comfortable. The two en-suites make it ideal for 2 families. The kitchen is superbly kitted out with ample crockery and cutlery so meals are not a problem. For eating out close by Cracker Barrel (on US27) and Chilli's at Champions Gate both served excellent food and staff were really friendly.

The management company are on hand day and night and all queries were dealt with and resolved immediately.

Beautiful pool and covered lanai make it a chore to go indoors.

The location on the US27 is great, with numerous shops and restaurants within a very short drive. A lovely new mall at the I4 junction, just a few minutes drive has made this location a shoppers paradise. JC Penney and Target are just two of the shops located here.

The owner has always answered any questions promptly and really helpful with any queries. A truly great villa and excellent service.

Having never been to America before I was not sure what to expect. The whole experience was made extra special by being able to come back at the end of a long tiring day to a wonderful property. The Villa and Pool are first rate.
Your every comfort has been catered for and it is a home a way from home.
The property was exceptionally comfortable and well presented.

Roberta & I chose Orlando, Florida as our honeymoon destination and next step was accommodation and were lucky enough to find this villa as dealing with David was a pleasure as was easy and his help and informative ideas were appreciated. The villa met all our expectations and exceeded them to as the web site was a true reflection. The villa was very clean, well furnished and had everything you could possibly require. The pool was great a good size and the jacuzzi was lovey to relax in after a long busy day at the park (s). Location of the villa was good to as easy to get to from airport and only 15 odd mins to Disney & 20-25 odd mins drive to Universal with loads of other places to go to in between. Roberta & I will definitely be looking forward to staying at this villa again in the future and would recommend to others without hesitation.

Excellent Holiday Home

We have just returned from the best holiday ever. From the moment we stepped into our holiday villa we knew it would be great. It was a brilliant location for all the attractions and for driving to Clearwater Beach and Cocoa Beach too, both are only just over an hours drive away.

The facilities in the villa were excellent and we all enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and games room. The large washer and drier was a bonus as this meant all our clothes came home clean which is great after travelling for 14 hours.

The communication between the owner and myself was always very good, he answered all my queries and there were quite alot being a Florida first timer.

I would recommend this villa to friends and family as a great base for an unforgettable vacation, as they say in the USA!!

Fantastic Family Villa

I thouroughly recommend this villa for anyone visting the Orlando Area.

The villa was very well situated, only ten minutes from the interstate and 20-25 minutes from Disney.

The villa was spotless and the facilities are excellent, the kids loved the pool and enjoyed playing the playstation.

The communication and service from both the owner and the agents based in Florida were outstanding.

I am already planning my next holiday and will be looking to rebook the villa soon.
