Photos and Description of this Calabay Parc holiday villa 4 Bedroom with 2 master suites - ideal for families sharing.

This beautiful family villa is the ideal holiday home for both summer and winter alike. The pool can be heated when required and the child safety fence surrounding it means parents can relax while the children play outdoors. We also supply a baby/toddler pack so parents don't have to travel with so much. This has such things as a baby monitor, steriliser, bottles, feeding cups, plates, dishes, cutlery, plastic bibs - there is even a toilet training seat for those slightly older toddlers. There are two master bedrooms with ensuite facilities and two twin rooms who share a bathroom. We have tried to furnish the villa so it is comfortable and so well equipped - just like home. As the owner is disabled she has tried to make the villa as suitable as possible for anyone disabled or infirm and everything in the villa is for the guests use and no extra rental charge. Although a very spacious villa, the toilets are like all others, rather narrow for wheelchairs.

Our luxurious Orlando villa is close to Disney yet ideal for golfers being so close to so many world class golf courses. Just off highway 27 we have easy access from the Interstate 4 and the US 192 so are close to many shopping malls, excellent restaurants and take away/delivery restaurants too. Within easy drive we have Cypress Gardens and slightly further afield we have Bucsh Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and the Atlantic beaches - Cocoa Beach and Daytona. Drive for about an hour and half and you can be walking along the pristine white sands or bathing in the warms waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Local private airfields offer a fantastic opportunity to view the local area by helicopter or light aircraft and some helicopter rides start from as little as $15. There is so much more to Orlando than theme parks and International Drive if you have the time to look and the information to hand so we supply brochures on places of interest in the villa.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Pool heat, when required, is £75 ($140) per week or £15 ($20) per day.

    RATES INCLUDE ALL TAXES. Stays of under seven nights must incur a cleaning charge of $90.

    We can accept personal/bankers cheques or payment by credit card via Paypal but there must be a 3.4% fee for Paypal payments to offset their charges.

    SPECIAL DEALS sometimes available so please enquire.
  • We require a £150 deposit for each weeks stay on booking, with the balance payable eight weeks prior to departure when all details will be forwarded to you.

    When making the final payment we also require a security deposit of £200 and this will be returned to you within two weeks of leaving the villa following a management inspection of the property.
  • We can also supply a welcome pack so you don't have to go shopping immediately on arrival - please ask for details.

Notes: The villa has two dining areas - the more formal dining room and the breakfast nook, each with six chairs plus there are three bar stools. Although the villa normally sleeps 8, the sofa bed in the lounge take this to 10 plus there is a travel cot provided. We offer free unlimited internet access, free local phone calls and provide a high chair, stroller and other items, all at no extra cost. All bedrooms have cable TV & DVD players plus a Playstation 2 in the second twin room. The lounge has a 37' flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player with games and a selection of DVD's. The Games Room has a 7ft pool table, foosball table, an electronic dart board and has table, chairs and CD player. This room also houses the extra pool furniture etc. We also supply a large number of books for when you want a relaxing day by the pool. The pool can be heated at a small extra charge and the pool is fitted with a child safety fence to keep the little ones safe and parents relaxed.

Outdoor details:: Calabay Parc is fortunate to have a Home Owners Association that takes care of all the outside areas, keeping the grass, plants, etc in pristine condition and so allowing the estate to be one that is pleasant to drive into. It is a very peaceful estate, ideal for fun and relaxation. Golfers love Calabay Parc because of it's proximity to some world class golf courses where visitors are made welcome and charges aren't too high. The Champions Gate 36 hole golf course, which was designed by Greg Norman, is only a few minutes drive away. The US192 is a most popular road with it's many shops and restaurants and flea markets which sell the usual tourist goods however, if you like a drive, then carry on until you reach the Osceola Flea & Farmers market where you can find different goods and excellent fruit and vegetables. We have two Wal-Mart's close to home, Publix grocery stores and many other shops and restaurants if you want to avoid the bussle of the 192. (details in villa)

Managing our villa: Our villa is equipped with a monitored security system and a safe for guests use. We also have a baby / toddler pack for use, free of charge. This has such things as a baby monitor, steriliser, bottles, feeding cups, plastic bibs, toilet training seat etc - full details can be sent on request. Our local management company are English and are extremely helpful. Their details are in the villa should you ever need to contact them and they will respond very quickly. If there is anything you don't understand or any advice you need, then give them a call, they will be only too happy to help. It's wonderful for us to be able to relax and know our home is in such good hands.

A wonderful time was had by all and the villa is just the icing on the cake - a home from home to come back to after a hectic day at the parks. We particularly loved the pool and the games room where us boys were kept amused while the girls relaxed.

What a fantastic villa, so well equipped and then some. The grandchildren loved the games and the pool and we all felt so at home here.

This lovely spacious villa is ideal for a family holiday With the pool & games room there is plenty of entertainment at home, and the Disney parks are only 20 minutes away.There are some decent restaurants nearby while 10 minutes away on the 192 are all the restaurants you could ask for.We were able to visit places like Clearwater, Miami & Key Largo.Altogether we had a wonderful holiday & have no reservations in recommending this villa.
