Outdoor details:: Calabay Parc is fortunate to have a Home Owners Association that takes care of all the outside areas, keeping the grass, plants, etc in pristine condition and so allowing the estate to be one that is pleasant to drive into. It is a very peaceful estate, ideal for fun and relaxation.
Golfers love Calabay Parc because of it's proximity to some world class golf courses where visitors are made welcome and charges aren't too high. The Champions Gate 36 hole golf course, which was designed by Greg Norman, is only a few minutes drive away.
The US192 is a most popular road with it's many shops and restaurants and flea markets which sell the usual tourist goods however, if you like a drive, then carry on until you reach the Osceola Flea & Farmers market where you can find different goods and excellent fruit and vegetables.
We have two Wal-Mart's close to home, Publix grocery stores and many other shops and restaurants if you want to avoid the bussle of the 192. (details in villa)
Managing our villa: Our villa is equipped with a monitored security system and a safe for guests use.
We also have a baby / toddler pack for use, free of charge. This has such things as a baby monitor, steriliser, bottles, feeding cups, plastic bibs, toilet training seat etc - full details can be sent on request.
Our local management company are English and are extremely helpful. Their details are in the villa should you ever need to contact them and they will respond very quickly. If there is anything you don't understand or any advice you need, then give them a call, they will be only too happy to help. It's wonderful for us to be able to relax and know our home is in such good hands.
