Our luxurious villa with private pool overlooks a conservation area. The setting is the perfect base for your holiday home in Orlando. Calabay Parc in Davenport is a much sought after vacation rental community. Set within beautiful orange groves, this peaceful community is immaculately maintained and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The villa is within 10-15 minutes of all the major attractions and an hours drive to the beaches. Our fully air conditioned villa boasts 2 master suites, both with queen sized beds and full en-suite facilities. Both master suites have direct access to the pool which can be heated on request. There are two twin-bedrooms which share the 3rd bathroom, making it ideal for 2 families to share. The villa consists of ceiling fans to the bedrooms, lounge and lanai. There is a 32' LCD TV in the lounge and Free Wireless Internet, a separate TV room for the kids with Xbox and games plus a gamesroom with Pool Table, Table Football and a Basketball game.

North on Highway 27 will take you to a large Publix Supermarket, Chinese Restaurant (which delivers), Pizza and Pasta Restaurant, Creperie, McDonalds, Nail and Hair salons, Wal-Marts Superstore and Highway 192 where you will find some of the best shopping and most popular restaurant chains in the US. The villa is within 10-15 minutes of all the major attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios etc. Beaches & Shopping: Clearwater, Tampa, St. Petersburg and Daytona are all within an hours drive away. Just to let you know we had the best holiday ever in Florida.Your villa was fantastic,everybody loved it, it was like home from home.Hopefully we will be going back in the next couple of years,so we will be in touch,in the meantime anybody heading out to Orlando, i will recommend your villa highly,Once again thanks for everything.
