The villa is ideal for Disney World vacations, located in a quiet residential area just 10 - 15 minutes from Disney's main gate with many other attractions, amenities, and Publix supermarket only a short journey away - perfectly situated for a family vacation. Our local management company look after the property and guests to ensure peace of mind before and during your vacation.

• Rates include Florida state tax and service. Optional pool heating (usually only required from Oct - Apr) is available at £75/ week. Special rates for extended stays - please enquire with owner.
  Peak rates apply at Easter, Summer, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  
• Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
  
• You are required to pay £200 per villa in case of breakage, loss or damage to the villa during your stay. This will be refunded 14 days after your return subject to there being no damage to home or contents.

Our luxury villa is privately owned by David and Joyce McKellar and includes all those personal touches you will not find in a hotel room. The villa is expertly maintained by our management company with weekly pool, grounds and pest maintenance. They are also on call 24 hours a day to ensure you have a trouble free holiday in our home in the sun! Orlando is home to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and many other fantastic adventures. Visit the Kennedy Space Center and learn about space exploration, past, present, and future! Enjoy shopping, gourmet dining, world class golf, fishing, boating and many other activities. The warm sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast are but an hour away.

Golf Information

Our house is situated close to Greg Norman's Champion's Gate (36) and Highlands Reserve Golf Club. The following golf courses are all within 20 minutes drive of our home: Disney's 99 holes of golf, Orange County National (36), Legends, Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes, Diamondback, Celebration, Mystic Dunes, Diamond Players, Stoneygate West.
