The 3 bed villa close to Disney is set in a small exclusive very quiet gated community, and was built in 2004 with many upgrades including an extra large living area. The major selling point for us was was the wonderful views from the villa's pool area, across to the wild (almost primaeval) preservation land. Everyone enjoys having a few sun-downers watching the fabulous sunsets in this peaceful setting. The sounds of the sub- tropical nightlife, protected from mosquitoes is the icing on the cake. The unoverlooked plot, not back to back like most, has an unusually large lawn for games etc. We think the villa's position and plot size is one of the best on the sub-division, and well worth our extra outlay for guests' enjoyment. Disney is close enough for their amazing nightly fireworks to be heard (and seen from nearby). A Broadband/ High Speed internet connection via a wireless router is available for guests' use.

Mission Park, our villa's sub-division is located off Highway 27 approx 11 miles south of Clermont. Nearby are orange groves, some of which can be visited. Approximately one mile away are pharmacies (which sell English newspapers) and a further half mile or so is a small shopping mall including a post office, bank, dentist, hairdresser and a large supermarket. A further mile away is a giant Wal-Mart and soon to be opened restaurants and cinema, this is near to Highway 192, which leads to the Disney theme parks - approx 15 mins. Close to the 192/27 junction are many more restaurants, a supermarket, doctor, library, gift shops and internet cafe etc. Our 3 bedroom villa is certainly in a prime position for all amenities as well as all the theme parks, yet is situated in a wonderfully peaceful and quiet location.

Notes: The villa is furnished to a 'Gold' Standard with many extras including towels, bathing towels, linen and bedding, also all cooking utensils, china and cutlery. Pool and deck area is completely enclosed in a mosquito proof net 'cage'. The deck / lanai has tables and chairs overlooking pool and the delightful view. The pool has a removable fence to protect children. The lounge area has comfortable seating for ten people, and three occasional tables while the formal dining table seats eight. It has a very large TV, video and DVD player with a selection of tapes and DVD's The family area has a breakfast table and seats four; with 4 high stools at the breakfast bar plus the sofa bed with two side tables and telephone. Patio doors lead from the family area to the pool. The pool heater can be turned on if required in the cooler months at a small extra charge which we can arrange. A high chair and cot/crib can be hired, which we can also arrange. Broadband connection via a wireles router.

Beautiful, Clean and Peaceful

My Husband and I stayed at the villa for 2 weeks from 11 June 09. Our usual stay is nearer the 192 in Kissimmee, but I found this one so so peaceful, away from the humdrum of Disney etc. It did not feel as though you were "in the tourist trap". The villa backs onto a beautiful conservation area, and all I wanted to do was stand and look. The villa itself has everything, right down to hair straighteners (a woman thing!). It was beautifully furnished and equipped. I could not wait to get back there after our days out. Being on the 27, you were near to Clermont (the new shops there are worth a visit). Walmart and Sweetbay Supermarket just a short drive. A new Chinese Takeaway has just opened in the same strip as Sweetbay, and I would certainly recommend this, the food was delicious. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Dave and Angelas' villa to anyone. A visitor wrote in the guest book complaining that the light in the kitchen was too low!!! I was quite incensed at this! I had no complaints at all, and would certainly go back again. Where it was so hot we did have to ask Anita from the rental company to lower the air conditioning, but that was all. Worth a visit too is Lake Louisa State Park, literally a 5 minute drive away. A big THUMBS UP!
Owner's Response: Having an excellent review like this makes all our hard work to keep the property in good order, well worth the effort! We also like our home comforts and so keep the villa well equipped for ourselves as well as for our guests.
With regard to the "low light" in the kitchen - it was originally put in by the builders as they expected the breakfast table to be placed under the light fitting. We however, decided to move the table into the family area so that we could eat overlooking the pool and the lovely view beyond.(Incidentally the sunsets behind the trees are quite amazing).
Now that we have had a complaint about the light we will raise it next time we are there, later on this year.
We are pleased to have comments from our guests so do keep them coming.

Fantastic quality at a very reasonable price

We stayed at this property for 5 nights on the Orlando part of our touring holiday. It was an excellent choice for us.
We travelled as a family of three, plus my mother in law who is disabled.

The facilities in the villa were first class. Inside the house, everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and was laid out like a showhome. The master bedroom and master bathroom in particular were huge and very comfortable. In the lounge there was a computer with internet connection, which was great for getting directions and planning shopping trips.

Outside, the pool area was great. It was very private, looking on to open ground, and had the sun till late in the evening (perfect for relaxing after a day at the theme parks). Also, the pool area had adjustable safety fencing around it, ideal for families with smaller children.

In terms of location, we found it ideal. It was very close to Disney area, about 15 minutes or so, and about 30 minutes up to Universal Orlando. Along the 192, which is about 5 mins away, you will find every kind of restaurant and shop you need, although, just a couple of minutes away on the 27, there are Walmart stores and pharmacies too.

As we have been in Florida a number of times, we didn't go to Disney this time, but we went to Universal most days and a couple of nights. We went shopping at Florida Mall and the Mall at Millenia, as well as the smaller stores in the tourist areas.

The booking process was made very easy by the owners/managers, and on the day of our return to the UK, after a three week trip, the damage deposit was returned by cheque.

I had heard that some rental accommodation in the Orlando area is of questionable quality these days, but there are no doubts about this property.

My only surpise was being able to get this quality for such a reasonable price.

We stay there ourselves twice a year and are able to maintain the villa to the Gold standard advertised.We also enjoy the comfort and facilities in the home and are so pleased that our guests are able to enjoy them and show their appreciation by such reviews. We will endeavour to keep the price at a reasonable level for as long as possible.

Excellent villa, spotlessly clean, peaceful, really comfy bed, excellent facilities. Had a lovely time could have lived in the villa full time. House is excellent and a fantastic place to holiday and relax. Beautiful house, very clean and comfortable Best holiday home we've ever stayed in, fabulous view out the back. Children thoroughly enjoyed the pool, excellent location for theme parks, can't wait to come back again. Had a great time could not fault anything. Your villa is a credit to you.
