Luxury 5 bedroom 4 bathroom (3 en-suite) fully air-conditioned villa situated in a private corner plot, 10 minutes from Disneyworld and 5 minutes from Highland Reserve 6673yd par 72 golf course. The villa is tastefully furnished throughout, with a separate dining room and living room. The living room has a large screen TV, DVD and multi-CD hi-fi system. The games room is equipped with a pool table, TV, DVD, X-Box games console, Table football, electronic dartboard and tennis racquet's. TV's, hairdryers and radio/alarm clocks are provided in all bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxury king-size bed. A cot and highchair are provided. The kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped. The pool area is completely private with an extended pool deck and luxury pool furniture.

Hampton Lakes is a new prestigious community, situated on Highway 27, 5 miles from Interstate 4. A 10 minute drive will take you to Disney Maingate, with the other attractions of the central Orlando area no more than 30 minutes away. There are more than 30 golf courses within a 15 minute drive. Shopping malls and supermarkets are abundant. The coasts are within easy reach with the journey East or West taking approximately one and a half hours.

  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. A security deposit of £150 is payable with your final balance. This will be refunded within 28 days of your return home.
  • The balance is payable ten weeks before the commencement of the booking. Deposits are not refundable. The full balance will be payable if cancellations are within ten weeks of the commencement date. It is advised that you insure against this.
  • An extra charge of £85 per week will be made for heating of the pool if you require this. Please confirm at time of booking.( this is generally advised between November and March).
