Orlando Villa - Davenport Vacation Rental Villa near Disney. This executive 6 bed 4 bath Florida villa is the ultimate in luxury, perfect for that holiday of a lifetime. The house is 15 mins from Disney and sleeps 17. It is on a corner plot and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. There are 3 master suites with large beds, a family bedroom, a double bedroom and a Disney themed children's bedroom with bunk beds. Every bedroom has a TV the masters have telephones. There is a fantastic games room with a pool table, football, TV, PS2, CD and two sofas. The pool area faces to the southwest and the decking is 55ft x 25ft. There is a 30ft pool, Jacuzzi/spa, BBQ, sun loungers and extra floodlights. The gardens are all fenced in for privacy. There is a formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with a 52' TV, DVD, CD player, leather sofas and high speed wireless internet access. All windows have breed dressed. Davenport Vacation Rental Villa by Disney. We are currently in Florida on Holiday/vacation. It will great to hear from you. Our luxury villa is on the prestigious Hampton Lakes development and we are very close and near to Disney. We are 15 minutes from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea world and Wet n Wild are 20-25 minutes away. There are many championship golf courses within minutes of the house. The famous US192 with its many restaurants, bars and shops is only 2 miles away. There is a great shopping outlet 10 mins away on the interstate 4 which has all of your designer shops. One hour to the West coast you will find Clearwater Beach and Busch Gardens. One hour to the East coast you will find Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre.

Fantastic Villa

I have just return home to the UK after our holiday in Florida. We have just stayed in this villa and it was fantastic. This was our third trip to Florida and this house was by far the largest and most luxurious one we have stayed in.
The house was beautifully furnished, clean and was just perfect for our family. There was 12 of us in my party and the villa was very spacious and we all had a great time.
It certainly is an executive home, the living room has leather sofa's in and the large screen TV was great to watch. The house was also decorated and finished to a high standard. All the windows were dressed and there were TV's in all the bedrooms as well as the gamesroom.
Several walls have been painted a different colour and I really think it makes the house more homely.
The decking around the pool is fantastic because it is so big and there is so much room. We spent several days at the villa enjoying the pool and spa, we used the BBQ and my children really liked the garden area because they could play in it as it was all fenced in. My wife certainly liked the fact it was private because this was the first villa we have stayed in that has had a fenced in garden and that is certainly a feature of this villa.
The children also enjoyed the gamesroom and playing on the PS2.

The location of the villa is perfect, there is a Publix within a mile and a Walmart not very far away. There are restaurants and some shops nearby and the I4 is also very close so you can get to all the theme parks relatively quickly. I also played golf and there are several courses within a very short distance. I played at Highlands Reserve and Championsgate.

I would just like to say we had a fantastic time and we will be coming back again. I will also recommend this property to any of my friends who are visiting Florida as it is by far the nicest villa we have stayed in.

House not like advertised

My family and I recently stayed in this house and was very disappointed with the house. Where to start! First, there was five garbage cans overflowing with garbage and upon entering the house we found that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The listing states that there are King size beds and there are NONE in the house. The house was nice but needs some TLC.
Owner's Response: I have just returned home from Florida where I personally spent several days in the villa after my previous renters left. We do sometimes only have a very short time between guests leaving and arriving but I always ensure my staff clean the house as thoroughly as possible.
There were some issues that I addressed and the house had a full spring clean, walls were repainted as were skirting boards/kickboards. Furniture was removed and all areas of the villa were cleaned.
I do totally understand the situation with the garbage but as this house is very popular with guests, our pick up days are only on Mondays and Thursdays.
The beds in the house are UK Kingsize and as this is also a UK based website, I get a lot of British guests who visit the villa. All information we provide is written in all honesty and as accurately as possible.
We will very shortly be changing the flooring and removing the carpet and replacing them with tiles.
I do appreciate the comments made and we are continually trying to progress and provide quality accommodation for all our guests.
