If golf is your thing, 11 public courses are within 30 miles of Hamption Lakes and one, Highlands Reserve Golf Course, is a mere 10 minutes away. Notes to the rental rates

  • 5% Discount on rentals in excess of 14 nights - (not including pool heat)
  • Optional pool heat is GB£85.00 / US$155.00 (inc. tax) per week if pre-booked ( advisable Oct - April ) or approximately US$20.00 (inc. tax) per day if switched on locally after arrival, and must be for a minimum requirement of 5 days. HOWEVER, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL FLORIDA HOME POOLS TAKE APPROX 2 DAYS TO HEAT UP TO CAPACITY.
    Please also be aware that in Florida's winter months, the temperature on occasions can be in the 30's and 40's Fahrenheit. Electric pool heaters ( exchangers ) will not operate below 52 degrees F and the pool heater is rendered ineffective, and which the management company could not assist with. The owners would not be responsible in this situation.
  • Please note: Rentals of less than 5 nights will incur a cleaning cost of GB£40.00 / US$75.00.
