Superbly furnished & equipped 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom (3 ensuite) fully air-conditioned villa 10 miinutes from Disney World & close to many championship golf courses.The villa has a games room with full-size pool table, electronic dartboard, tennis racquets & various games.The lounge features 2 leather recliner sofas, 32” TV, DVD Video, Hi -Fi small safe & wireless internet access.Patio doors lead to 40’ x 25’ screened decking area with 14’ x 28’ heated pool (not overlooked) luxury poolside furniture for lounging, sunbathing & outside dining also BBQ for guests’ use. Bedrooms comprise 1 king master suite 1 queen master suite 1 double bedroom ensuite 1 twin bedroom & Children’s Disney room with bunk beds (double below/single above) sharing 4th bathroom.Also a rollaway bed, baby cot,high chair, play-yard, stroller, car booster seat.All rooms have TV, telephone and hairdryers.There is a fully fitted kitchen with 2 breakfast bars, separate dining room & separate fully equipped laundry room.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Christmas & New Year weeks, price £600 per week. Reduced rates for low occupancy and late bookings. Prices include 13% Florida Sales Tax. A 20% deposit is required at time of booking (balance payable 10 weeks before departure). Cancellation of a booking less than 10 weeks before departure will be liable for the total cost of the booking. It is advisable to have adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation, accident or illness. Pool heat at £85 ($150) per week is an optional extra (recommended between October and April) and should be requested at time of booking. A refundable security deposit of £100 ($200) is required. This is to be held as security against inventory damages, excess cleaning costs etc. The deposit will be returned as soon as possible after a satisfactory inspection by the management company.

Thanks for the use of your Florida home that we found ideal for our recent holiday.

We could not fault the cleanliness of the property or the facilities/space available. There were 8 in our party and we never felt crowded at all.

The Villa is in an ideal location, close enough to the attractions but quiet enough for 'chilling out' after hectic days in the theme parks.

We found the local amenities excellent and would definately recommend the Villa to anyone.

We would not hesitate to return!!

The home was everything we wanted. Very well-maintained and clean . The home was in a perfect location ,very close to the attractions but still far enough away to have some quiet time . We were able to prepare meals at the home with the dinnerware and cookware that were available at the home. Everyones favorite was our own personal heated pool at the home. A rental home for our family was the best way to go.

Rose Villa is highly recommended

I would highly recommend Rose Villa. We stayed there over Christmas with our married children and grandchildren (9 of us in total) and were delighted with the accommodation, it is spacious and well equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen crockery etc. It was great relaxing in the pool before and after visiting the Disney parks. The games room was also well used during our stay. In summary, it is peaceful, private, comfortable and immaculate in appearance.

We had a fantastic holiday in Orlando. Your villa really is fabulous & made our stay extra special! It was everything we had hoped for & more, you obviously take great care of it. It was a home from home, a lovely place to return to at the end of a long day! None of us would hesitate in recommending it to any friends or family looking to holiday in Orlando, I would only insist that they take me with them! Thank you once again, I do hope I will return to your lovely villa in the near future!

Beautiful villa, I would recommend to anyone going to Disneyworld, who would like private accommodation.
Quiet location, pool not overlooked, nor does it back on to the highway, like many others in the area.
The villa is air conditioned, which is lovely in the Florida heat, has everything you need for a perfect stay and is spotlessly clean.
The owners were very helpful and made everything so easy.
Thanks very much for a wonderful stay.
