Of the four bedrooms two of the double bedrooms have ensuite facilities, allowing a good degree of privacy for larger groups of guests. All bathrooms have dual basins. Luxury throughout. Cable package, DVD and Audio System. Master Bedroom TV with cable, internet access for free, unlimited national and international phone calls for free. Welcome pack (first meal so no shopping required) can be arranged. We are paying the 13% Florida state sales tax so there are no hidden charges.

Not everyone wishes to use the pool so we only charge for the heating if people want it, @ £10 per night. The spa/jacuzzi is heated free of charge if required. In both cases we need to know one week in advance if either of these facilities are required.
