Our villa is in the popular Hampton Lakes community, a lovely new development which is in a quiet area, yet close to Disneyworld and all the other attractions. There are two communal tennis courts, two children's play areas, communal pool as well as your own private pool. Large supermarket about half a mile away, plus lots of good restaurants nearby. Easily accessible from Orlando, Tampa or Stanford Airports. Fully air conditioned with two separate living areas, a living/dining room and a family room with TV/DVD and doors to pool deck. Master bedroom has king-sized bed, TV, large walk in closet and spacious en-suite bathroom, with access onto pool deck. Two twin bedded rooms share second bathroom. Fully equiped kitchen and laundry. Lots of books and games for children and adults. Private pool in a fenced garden. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR POOL HEAT! An ideal villa for a family holiday, with lots of space to chill out after a hard day's theme parking!

Nearest Motorway: Interstate 4 at 2 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 50 Miles
Car: necessary
Hampton Lakes is on Highway 27, between Highway 192 and Interstate 4. It takes about 40 minutes from Orlando Airport, 50 minutes from Stanford and an hour and a half from Tampa. It is a direct four hour drive from Miami. Fifteen minutes to Disney, other theme parks are about half an hour away, Busch Gardens 1 hour. An hour and a half to Kennedy Space Centre, or the Gulf Coast with its white sandy beaches. Excursions to the Everglades available locally, as well as hot air balloon rides first thing in the morning.
