Located on the Hampton Lakes Estate, Davenport, our 4 bedroom villa is the perfect location to spend an exciting yet relaxing holiday in Florida. It provides spacious accommodation for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, fridge with ice making facilities and microwave. There is a separate laundry room with a full sized washing machine and tumble drier. Over looking the private pool the living room has 2 sofas flat screen cable TV, DVD, (a small selection of DVDs are provided) and i-pod docking/charging station. Wireless internet access is provided free of charge together with all local calls. All 4 bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. A cot and highchair are available but must be requested at time of booking.. All bed linen and towels for domestic use are provided. After an exhausting day enjoy a drink or alfresco dining by your own private pool or just simply relax and recharge ready for the next day.

Hampton Lakes, Davenport is a well maintained estate located on Highway 27 just south of State Road 192. Communal amenities include 2 children's play area, floodlit tennis/basketball/volleyball courts and a large heated community swimming pool. The estate is perfect for joggers and very pleasant for evening walks as the lakes and fountains are illuminated. Close by there are 2 play areas for small children. A very short drive away is Berry Town Shopping Center with a large Publix Supermarket, takeaways, liquor store, Internet access, pharmacy, cashpoint and restaurants. Interstate I4 is only 5 minutes drive and gives quick access to all Orlandos major attractions or routes to either coastline. The Gulf coast beaches such as Clearwater and to the east Daytona beach are just an hour away and are both truly worth a visit. With numerous 'pay and play' courses, of a very high standard within a 20 minute drive, this is a golfers paradise.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices quoted do not include the £50.00 - £75.00 cleaning charge and are based on a 1 week/ 7 day stay.
    Shorter stays are available.
    Long term rentals are available-price on application.
    Discounts are available for stays over 3 weeks and for parties of 2
    Payment can be made in British pound or US dollars.
    A 20% non returnable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance and a security deposit of £200.00 ($400.00), (which is returnable after the property has been inspected on departure) being due 10 weeks before arrival.
    The security deposit is to cover any damage/breakages.
    The option of pool heating is available at a rate of £10.00 ($20.00) per day and advisable during the period
    November - March. It can be paid for in advance or on site when used.
    A car seat is available for use at the property. Cot and/ or high chair should be requested at time of booking.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    Provided the owner receives written notice of cancellation not less than ten weeks before the holiday commencement date, the hirer will not be required to pay the full balance. The deposit amount, however, will be forfeited. All cancellations must be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity.

    In the event of you cancelling your booking the following charges will apply:

    More than 10 weeks prior to arrival - deposit only.
    Between 6-10 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of rental
    Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of rental

    The owner reserves the right to cancel a holiday where payment in full has not been received 10 weeks before holiday commcement date. Booking made within 10 of commencement require full pre-payment.

The property was well maintained, clean and spacious. Very personal attention was provided to any additional requests. Having someone in the area to discuss any problems put our minds at ease, although there were no problems. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Very convenient and easy drive to all attractions, restaurants, etc. 15 minutes or so from parks. Excellent access to US 27, 192 and I-4. Good quiet neighbourhood. Restaurants close by include Crackerbarrel (excellent restaurant and shop), Applebees, Subway and Chinese Take Away nearby. Groceries available just up the road and a new shopping area also not too far away greatly enhancing this area which includes Target, JC Penney, Belk, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michael’s, Ross, Books A Million and others and more to come.

lovely home, has everything you could possibly need . pool is large with hedge surrounding the property making it nice and private.

Just stayed at this villa - and it's amazing! Photographs don't do it justice. It is spacious, well maintained and clean. Fantastic large pool and patio area. Will definitely stay here again - please!!

I stayed here in July 2009. Great for family very clean weel maintained with everything we needed even a cool bag which came in handy! and the kids loved the pool. Ideally placed for the parks I4 and 192 were just minutes down the road.
Would recommend this villa and would definately stay again if I ever return. You get what you see!

The house was everything anyone would want in a vacation home. Convenient location, very clean, and fully furnished with anything you would need. I would highly recommend it and hope I will get a chance to stay there again in the future.
