This 4/5 bedroom villa is superbly located in the popular Hampton Lakes community renowned for it's splendid villas and setting. The accommodation consists of 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds, 3 further bedrooms each with 2 double beds and cable TV, family lounge with dining room, kitchen, private heated swimming pool, patio table, 4 chairs and 8 loungers plus fully equipped games room. Ideal for two families sharing, but we also offer small party discounts. The theme parks of Disney and Universal are all within 10 minutes driving of this wonderful, luxury holiday villa.

Fab time at this villa

My family stayed at this fantastic villa earlier this year (2009) and we had a superb time.

The villa itself was immaculate and well maintained and well presented. Everything in the house was spotless and there were oodles of fresh bedding and towels to use.

The king size beds were fab and everything we needed was in the villa.

My friends family are considering holidaying in Florida next year and we have allready recommended this villa to them.

The owners of the villa were very helpfull and friendly and provided us with planty of information about the area and attractions.

Our stay at this Villa

We stayed at this villa from 27th July until 9th August 2009 and have just returned from one of the best holiday experiences we have ever experienced.

It was our first holiday to Florida and all 9 of us had the time of our lives. Everything was as we would like to find it, it was better than home from home.

We will certainly be looking to go again and will certainly be booking the same Villa again.

I and my family unfortunately stayed in this villa for 14nts in May 2009. I can say without doubt that this villa is by far the worst one I have ever rented and I have been visiting Florida regularly since 1992 renting villas.
In my opinion this villa needs a complete refurbishment. I found it to be dirty throughout in particular the bedding and the mattresses which had years of staining on them.The carpets were stained, cooker faulty, cutlery needs replacing, lack of pots and pans, faulty deadlocks, damaged blinds, to mention a few..
I have wrote this review because I don't want any other visitors to experience what I did during my stay and ruin their holiday in Florida.
