Our beautifully appointed luxury villa has fantastic disabled access/wheelchair accessible with 2 Master bedrooms, 2 Twin bedrooms and can sleep 9+infant and provides spacious and stylish accommodation with air conditioning throughout. We have considered to welcome pets by prior arrangement. If you require wheelchair accessible/disable access accommodation for a disable guest then please ask for further details. With our own south/west facing fenced private screen pool with hot tub/spa/jacuzzi we get the sun all day long. You could be relaxing with a nice long cool drink or taking a dip to cool down in our pool. Once the sun is cooler why not enjoy doing a barbecue and enjoy eating alfresco. We are fantastically located near to all the major Central Florida attractions, Disney, sea World, Universal Studios, an hour from some lovely beaches, Space Kennedy Center/centre, near Golf courses, close to shops, restaurants, there cannot be a better place to spend your vacation/holiday.

Our fantastic luxury 4 bedroom villa, (2 King Masters), with a fenced private pool, is located at Hampton Lakes, Florida, Orlando, near all main attraction theme parks. Within easy driving reach you can go to Disney Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Sea world, Busch Gardens and many Golf Courses close by. We have many shops and restaurants close by, in fact many of the restaurants will deliver so you can enjoy the comfort of our villa. Within approximately an hours drive, you can go down to some lovely Sandy Beaches, Daytona, Cocoa Beach and Clear water. Also a great place of interest to visit is Space Kennedy Center.

  • One of the king master bedrooms has disable access/wheelchair accessible. The shower cubicle has had the door removed so this has made it easier for a shower chair to be rolled in or you can use the seat provided. The toilet has been raised slightly and also there is one grab rail/bar.

  • Our first Master King bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a PC with High Speed WiFi Internet Access, TV/Video, Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fan to keep you extra cool on those hot nights. The en-suite has a full bath, shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Also has disable access facilities. A cot/crib, highchair, stroller/pushchair is provided for guests who are bringing infants with them. Our second King Master bedroom has ceiling fan, air conditioning, Tv, en-suite facilities shower, bath, 2 sinks and toilet. Our 2 Twin bedrooms have TVs, Ceiling Fans, Air Conditioning and sharing the 3rd bathroom.. In one of the twin rooms there is a PS 2 PlayStation. All our rooms are extremely comfortable for you to get a good night sleep after enjoying your hectic day at the Theme Parks or Golf Courses. There's no need to bring too many clothes, we have a washing machine + tumble dryer. We also provide all bed linen, pool and beach towels. We have space for parking 2 cars on our driveway.
