Our luxury, four-bedroom, fully air conditioned villa is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and comes fully-equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. The high quality furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-away-from-home and the living room and master bedroom have cable TV. Four bedrooms, 2 with en suite facilities (ideal for 2 families) in addition to the family bathroom and extended pool deck area with plenty of relaxing pool furniture. The family room looks out on to the private pool area. Both the family room and the living room have Queen sleeper sofa beds. The luxury kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size oven and hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice- maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone (with free local calls). Adjoining the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Highgate Park is the most prestigious holiday community located in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, within a gated community on Legacy Park. Locally there is a Walmart Supercentre, Publix Supermarket which is less than 1 mile away and a Walgreens Pharmacy. We are within 15 minutes of 6 good Golf Courses. Our beautiful villa is located within a Gated Community which features on site tennis courts and children's playground. US192 is a 5 minute drive away and has a wide range of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Disney World Resort is a 10 minute drive and Universal Studios 20 minutes.

After previous disappointments with other villas my family and I were extremely pleased with ARK Villa. It is new, modern, well appointed, extremely clean and very comfortable. Everything was as described in the advert and it was close to all amenities and well maintained. The owner was really helpful with extra information and as we have a disabled child this was invaluable. We have recommend the villa to friends who may wish to visit florida. The Publix supermarket, Applebees restaurant and other community services are 2 minutes away which made it very convenient. Islands of adventure was my childerens favourite park along with Typhoon Lagoon. I cannot find anything negative to say about this villa and I would definitely visit again!
