New Executive Villa - lots of bathrooms, 30' pool ,internet and free phone calls
Our new executive home, on the fully completed High gate Park is a superb property. We have upgraded all appliances, extended the patio and built a larger pool. We have chosen quality furniture, well equipped the kitchen and installed remote TV’s in all the bedrooms. Overlooking a conservation area our home benefits from added privacy. We have 2 identical ensuite king bedrooms, ideal for 2 families to share. A further 3 bedrooms share a further 2 bathrooms. And we still have 2 cloakrooms, one of which is next to the pool. We have a family room with large TV/DVD with cable, together with a separate living area and dining room. The open plan kitchen is beautiful and has every appliance you will need. The extended pool area has a useful safety gate if you plan to take small children. The patio has sunlougers and table/chairs and fully protected by mosquito netting. There is a separate utility room, a double garage, a phone enjoying free international calls along with wireless internet .

Highgate Park is a gated community set amongst the beautiful countryside, with orange groves and pine trees, a truly peaceful, first class location. Found on the highway 27 minutes from the US 192, where many shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found. It is ideally situated for a fantastic holiday in Orlando, just 10 minutes from Disney resorts, 15 minutes from Seaworld, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and 30 minutes from the main Airport. Apart from the theme parks ,there are many other attractions nearby. Over 6 golf courses within a 15 minute radius, waterparks, zoos and wildlife parks. Beaches are 45 min away, the Kennedy space centre and bush gardens are 1hr away .

Great villa for 2 families sharing.

Villa was clean,spacious and appeared just as it was on the site.Ideal for 2 families sharing with 2 masters.Tennis court is 2 houses away and our kids used it a lot.The junction onto the 27 however is very busy and with an estate directly opposite it is a 4 way crossroads with no traffic control, so could be treacherous at times.Walmart is handy, as well as the local Publix.We didn't have free phone calls though, so don't know what happened there.We tried to book tables by phone but needed a credit card.
Worst problem for us was the neighbours.Their 3 dogs barked on the poolside all day.Then they partied till 3 or 4 am for at least 5 nights of our holiday.They also left their pool doors open some nights so the beeper was going off all night.We know it was around 4th of July but some of it was 6 days later.Sleep became a luxury for the downstairs guests.They also left a Car For Sale parked at the end of our lawn, not at theirs which was annoying.These matters didn't ruin our holiday but in a deed restricted community, it was disappointing.
The villa was great value and ideal for our party size(10 with teenagers,kids grandparents).If the problems with neighbours could be sorted it would be a great villa.

Thanks for your comments ,feedback is always appreciated. I have looked into the issues and can now advise you that :
Re telephone - The agency have since changed the manual at the house to include full instructions of how to use this facility. It should of been there on your arrival ,apologies. It was unfortunate you did not contact them during your stay as this could of been rectified almost immediately and you would of been able to make free calls ,as advertised.
Re Neighbours. I am obviously very upset to hear that the neighbours were noisy and this is disappointing to me .I have checked several times since with the residence association at High Gate Park ,who have guarenteed me that these people are no longer renting the house nextdoor.
I am glad to hear that this didnt spoil your holiday .
