Great villa for 2 families sharing.

Villa was clean,spacious and appeared just as it was on the site.Ideal for 2 families sharing with 2 masters.Tennis court is 2 houses away and our kids used it a lot.The junction onto the 27 however is very busy and with an estate directly opposite it is a 4 way crossroads with no traffic control, so could be treacherous at times.Walmart is handy, as well as the local Publix.We didn't have free phone calls though, so don't know what happened there.We tried to book tables by phone but needed a credit card.
Worst problem for us was the neighbours.Their 3 dogs barked on the poolside all day.Then they partied till 3 or 4 am for at least 5 nights of our holiday.They also left their pool doors open some nights so the beeper was going off all night.We know it was around 4th of July but some of it was 6 days later.Sleep became a luxury for the downstairs guests.They also left a Car For Sale parked at the end of our lawn, not at theirs which was annoying.These matters didn't ruin our holiday but in a deed restricted community, it was disappointing.
The villa was great value and ideal for our party size(10 with teenagers,kids grandparents).If the problems with neighbours could be sorted it would be a great villa.

Re telephone - The agency have since changed the manual at the house to include full instructions of how to use this facility. It should of been there on your arrival ,apologies. It was unfortunate you did not contact them during your stay as this could of been rectified almost immediately and you would of been able to make free calls ,as advertised.
Re Neighbours. I am obviously very upset to hear that the neighbours were noisy and this is disappointing to me .I have checked several times since with the residence association at High Gate Park ,who have guarenteed me that these people are no longer renting the house nextdoor.
I am glad to hear that this didnt spoil your holiday .
