Highlands Reserve is one of the most desirable developments in this region and is situated approximately ten miles west of Walt Disney World Resorts. The main international airport in Orlando is about a 45 minute drive and there is easy access to I-4 connecting to the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. There is a shopping mall within walking distance, with a medical centre, food takeaway outlets (Chinese and Italian) and a large Publix supermarket. There is also a Walmart Superstore within a mile's drive of the villa.

Notes: There is a 24 hour management company. The lenai is large and ideal for entertaining. Pool heating is available on request. The surrounding environment is peaceful and relaxing. Highly reccommended by previous renters, many of whom are repeat bookings. Furnishings are of a very high standard as the property is designer decorated. There is also a 64 inch television and DVD player and stereo unit in the living area for your entertainment. There is a television, DVD player and a clock radio in the master bedroom. All other bedrooms have a television and a clock radio. The property is fully equipped and ideally located just off US Highway 27 that is 3 miles south from the US. 192 highway, the main route to Disney World and 25 Miles from Orlando International Airport.

Highlands Reserve has an 18 hole golf course that offers a challenging game for golfers of all levels. There is also a driving range, practice green, cart and club hire, pro shop and snack bar. There is a childern's playground, community swimming pool and a tennis court near the clubhouse.

Our management team are located at the junction of US .192 and highway 27, offering help and advice together with a 24 hour service to facilitate key collection for late arrivals.

Other Activities: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, shop til you drop at Mall at Millenia and other designer outlets.

We had a very comforatble stay at Abbey Villa. We have stayed at other homes in this area, and this one surpassed the others. We had plenty of room, enjoyed the large TV, and the quiet neighborhood close to everything.

Great home away from home

This was the perfect base for our holiday. The house was spotless, the decor lovely. the kids loved the swimming pool, which was pretty private, no-one overlooking from the back. We all settled in very quickly. Location wise its perfect, its on a nice quiet street. There's a supermarket and restaurants just up the road, and Disney, Universal, Seaworld, the Outlets, shopping mall are all within half hour drive. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. We had decided not to bother with pool heating but because of weather while we were there we had it turned on. It was no problem, just took a phone call. Would recommend without hesitation, and hopefully will be back next year. Its always difficult to pick a house without seeing it, but this one was exactly as described, we even had a phone call from the owners while we there to make sure everything was ok.

Spent 7 nights in the villa with family. Enjoyed the pool and golf course (excellent condition). Home was as advertised. Nicely appointed and clean. One issue with big screen TV not working properly and was not resolved during stay.

We stayed in this villa oct/nov 2007, with our party ranging in age from 6 - 54. We had a fabulous time and have arranged to go back this year, as we don't think we could find a propery to beat this one. Good location, within easy drive of disney and all other attractions. Everything you could possibly want is available in the villa, and a supermarket close at hand.The villa is beautifully decorated and the master bedroom is HUGE! The pool is very quiet and private. Loved it!

We stayed at this villa in June & November 2006 with my Mother in law 3 kids wife and brother in law and his wife. We all had a fantastic time as this villa was one of the best we have stayed in so far.
We stayed at Solana resort in 2007 but it wasnt as good as this one nowhere near.
Out of 10 we would give this villa 9.

Well worth the money and for a comfortable relaxed stay this is the one.
