Stunning 5 bed 3 bath executive home at Lake Wilson Preserve combining a tropical forest preservation setting with Mediterranean architecture. Only a 10 min drive from Disney world and located across the road from exclusive Reunion resort. Set in a detached cul de sac position surrounded by wetlands, the home has a fantastic conservation view to the rear. Terracotta roof tiles and block paved driveways adds a Mediterranean touch. The fully air-conditioned home has two master suites, one on the ground and the other on the first floor. The first floor suite has a huge private balcony overlooking tropical forest and extended pool deck. Large corner bath tub and walk in shower cubicle and luxury furnishings. Large kitchen area with breakfast nook with direct access to extended pool deck. Fully equipped with high-spec appliances. 28' heated pool fully screened with both open and shaded areas. Lake Wilson Preserve is a picturesque Mediterranean style enclave of exclusive homes set amongst lakes, wetlands and a tropical forest environment.

It is located south of Disney World just a few miles from junction 58 of the I4 close to the Champions Gate golf resort and adjacent to the luxury Reunion Resort.

Champions Gate has a pedestrian village environment with chemist, supermarket, bank, restaurants, UPS shop, game hire shop and gas station.

Just a short drive on the Old Lake Wilson Road is the US192 with unlimited dining and entertainment attractions. Disney World is only a 10 minute drive with the Seaworld and Universal theme parks at 15 and 20 minutes respectively.

It also has walk in closets together with patio doors leading to a huge private balcony overlooking the tropical forest. Cable TV also included. Bedroom 2 is the second master suite with ensuite bathroom with luxury bath and shower located on the ground floor. The further 3 bedrooms are all on the first floor, two with large double beds and the other a twin bedded room. All rooms are equipped with luxury furnishings and are all air-conditioned.

Notes: The pool is located in a private, extended deck area. There is a huge amount of space for enjoyment and relaxation with both open areas and a large shaded area (with external lighting), ideal for outside dining underneath the first floor balcony. The deck area is accessed directly from the breakfast area through patio doors. The kitchen and breakfast areas are fully tiled throughout. One of the key aspects of this home is it's location in a secluded cul de sac which is very safe and peaceful, especially in consideration of children. To the rear is a tropical forest and to the front a small pond and woodland. The home is surrounded by beautiful lawns with a large front drive with space for a couple of cars. Now equipped with games room including full size table tennis and electronic darts.

The ultimate vacation home !: Set in a tropical landscape and on the doorstep of all the world famous attractions - the perfect combination of Florida old and new !

This is the ideal holiday retreat close to all the major Florida attractions and is the place to relax and chill out after those busy days out and about.

The beautiful sandy beaches both on the Gulf and Atlantic coasts are only an hour away, not forgetting the Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens , shopping malls and various entertainment venues that make Florida the ultimate vacation destination.

Reservations: A provisional booking made by telephone/e-mail will be held for 4 days pending receipt of a completed and signed booking form together with deposit or full payment as appropriate. The client will then receive confirmation of the booking within 7 days. Signing of the booking form constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions by the client.

A deposit of £100 per week for each week booked is required. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation and will be deducted from the full rental balance due.

The balance will be due ten weeks before the rental commencement. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking where full payment is not received eight weeks prior to the rental commencement date. Bookings made within eights weeks prior to departure require payment in full at time of booking.

Occupation times and sundries.: Rental commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 10am on the day of departure. The property will be cleaned before and after the rental period. Should clients wish to vacate at a later time, this must be arranged with the owner prior/during the rental period and a small charge will be applicable. Failure to vacate by 10am could attract additional rental charges.

Discounts for bookings of 3 weeks or more.

All prices include sales and county taxes.

Pool heating £85/week as required.
