Luxury interior designed. 50 inch DLP HDTV with DVR (like Sky+) cable, two PS2's, 9 DVD players 20 games and DVD's. 56 inch HDTV in Master Bedroom with HD DVD players, and capable playing UK DVD's, and a PS2 27 inch TV's in all bedrooms with DVD and VCR recorders, 2MB wireless Internet access, and wired internet. High end PC with DVD recorder Includes Welcome pack (first meal so no shopping required). Also included is pool heat which some charge £110 per week for, and we are paying the 13% Florida state sales tax so there are no hidden charge

Fantastic Up market Villa - great value for money

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at this Villa. There was 13 in our party and the villa was so spacious, roomy and comfortable that not once did we feel that we were living on top of one another. One room not even used!!!
It was very clean upon arrival with everything that you could wish for to make your holiday run smoothly even down to a meal in the freezer for when we arrived so we didn't have to go out shopping straight away. Washing machine and tumble drier great as we did have rain most days. and to wash out towels after swimming.
Pool lovely to go in once you've spent a day at the park and to cool down. Very clean and netting around pool great with little ones to stop any accidents.
Paul the owner was very informative with hints and tips for the parks. We did get lost getting to the villa but it was raining and we were tired. The mamagement company great, came to our help a couple of times and we also booked 3 maid cleans and they did a very good job spending at least 3 hours cleaning the villa each time.
Villa location about 20 mins with traffic to Disney. 10 mins to a good selection of eating places and shops.
Have recommended the property to friends already and, us ourselves will be going back in the next few years. Villa being where it was we were able to do all the parks with great ease. Would recommend if going peak time to go to the parks at about 4ish when people are leaving. Magic Kingdom had 40,000 people one day when we were there!!! Universal good idea to spend $35 per person on the fast express pass. Well worth the money and hardly queued for all the rides. Can only go on each ride once though.
We all had a fantastic holiday and the villa helped to make it!! Thank you Paul and Family.

we had such a lovely time here we are going back this year.
this villa has everything you need and more.
very close to disney and shops.
especially nice having the heated pool even though florida is very hot its lovely jumping in a pool that wont actually take your breath away!
bedrooms and bathrooms are all excellent.
set in a lovely estate too which is well maintained.
overall top marks!
will sing this villas praises to everyone i know.

'The house is beautiful ! Absolutely luxury standard of fittings throughout, complimented by an outstanding range of state-of-the-art TVs, DVDs, Playstations, computers etc.
