Our home has an abundance of living space and is furnished with quality, personally chosen furniture and accessories. Features include a master suite with 6ft bed, walk in wardrobe and luxury en suite bathroom, 2 further queen size en suite bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and 2 twin rooms sharing a further bathroom. Our extensive living space offers a place for everyone with 3 separate lounges and 2 dining areas. For your entertainment there are 5 TVs with 240+ channels and video on demand, 3 DVD players, CD player, PlayStation plus free internet access. Outside our extended west facing pool deck is equipped with sun loungers, chairs, tables and a convenient pool bathroom and surrounded by an ornate fence offering complete privacy for you to enjoy the 28ft solar heated pool and spa.

  • Please enquire about special discounts. All rental charges are inclusive of electricity, water, air conditioning, local and national telephone calls, high speed internet wi-fi connection, 240+ channel TV, use of linens and towels, standard cleaning before and after your stay and all local and state taxes. In addition, we have invested in a solar heating system and therefore include FREE heating for the pool and spa in the above rental rates. A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week, or part thereof, is required at time of booking and booking will not be confirmed until deposit is received. Balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. Balance payments by CREDIT CARD are accepted subject to a charge of 3.5%. A security deposit of £250 against breakages / damage / losses will also be required 8 weeks before arrival and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection by the management company following your departure.

Notes: Our home was newly built in 2005 and has been furnished to the highest standards, with quality, individually selected pieces of furniture and accessories. We purchased our villa primarily as a holiday home for ourselves and make it available to let for a limited number of weeks each year, thereby ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards. For those with small children we provide cots and high chairs free of charge (photos available on request) and have equipped the pool deck with safety fence to ensure that children cannot enter the pool without you. As an additional FREE benefit for our guests we have invested in a solar heating system for our pool and spa and we also offer FREE internet access. The house is fully managed by a local, reliable management company who are on hand to deal with any eventuality.

My family and I have just enjoyed the best accommodation you could ask for.
The whole experience from querying this home to departing on our last day totally eclipsed any other place we have stayed in. The owners Justine & Neil could not have been more helpful with contact and info before travelling and also whilst staying there. The property itself HAS to be referred as a HOME as that is what it felt like from the moment of arrival.

The estate was very clean and quiet and only 2 min from the 192 and less than 15 from Disney.

This place has loads of space. We travelled as a party of 10 with 7 adults 1 teen and 2 children 9 &10 yet not once did we ever feel crowded. The place was wonderfully spacious inside.

All the bedrooms were large with plenty of wardrobe space (and included loads of coat hangers!) Everyone said how comfortable their beds were. Fans in all rooms help the air-con keep the whole home cool 24/7. The three ensuite double masters are a great inclusion; all rooms are plenty large enough. Our whole family would have fitted in the King alone. Having a downstairs Master came in handy for my parents. The bathroom for the two twins to share was ample. A nice touch was alarm clocks in all rooms for those early park arrivals.

Downstairs the 1st living area with full cable and dvd (managed to watch F1 and Football too) was more than enough for us all but the second was nice for a quiet read if required. The extra living room upstairs with large TV and PS2 was great for the kids to wind down in. The wireless internet was an asset to us for emails and checking prepaid card balances and been able to look up photopass every night was very welcome.

The pool area outside was the most used by far. The pool was larger than most there and this was kept very clean. There was plenty of sunbeds & chairs. The Jacuzzi gave much needed relief to aching limbs after the Parks. The pool bathroom was a godsend for wet kids. The surrounding fence gave a touch of privacy.

The kitchen area had everything you would need if you ever wanted to stay in for a meal with all required appliances and if I haven't worn it out the supplied coffee machine was most welcome.

The large washer & dryer upstairs coped with all the demands given (So I Heard lol).

I will NOT be looking anywhere else when next booking Orlando.The only bad thing about this home was having to leave it.
