Luxuriously furnished, air conditioned, heated private swimming pool & spa with coloured fibre-optic lighting, extended pool deck equipped with sun loungers, table, chairs, BBQ & there is also a pool bathroom. A pool safety fence is provided for peace of mind with children. 2 bedrooms have en-suites, there are 2 lounge areas, 2 dining rooms, a breakfast bar, kitchen, laundry room, games room with pool table, air hockey, football & dart board. • 3 WEEK DISCOUNT: There is $175 / £100 discount off total price for 21 nights or more. This can be used in conjunction with any other discount.
  
• We provide Spa Heat FREE OF CHARGE.
  Pool Heating is available if you require it at $175 / £95 per week (usually only required from Nov-March).
  The above rates INCLUDE all Florida state taxes, utilities (e.g. water & electricity).
  You can arrive or depart on any day of the week and we have no minimum rental period. Deposit of $175 / £100 per week will secure booking date. (non refundable)
  The remaining balance is not payable until 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit of $220 / £125 is payable with remaining balance 8 weeks before departure. This will be fully refunded pending an inspection from our management company.
  Please note for stays less than 7 nights there is a cleaning charge of $95 / £50.
  We can accept payment in GB£ or US$ by personal cheque, internet bank transfers or by credit/debit card (via Paypal).
