Welcome to the 'Star Florida Villa', with 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 9 guests + cot (sleeps 11 including sofa beds), this is one of largest 4 bed villas in Orlando, it can easily accommodate two families. Situated 7 miles from Disney (10 min drive). Luxuriously furnished, air conditioned, heated private swimming pool & spa with coloured fibre-optic lighting, extended south-west facing pool deck equipped with sun loungers, table, chairs, BBQ & also a pool bathroom. A pool safety fence is provided for peace of mind with children. 2 bedrooms have en-suites, there are 2 lounge areas, 2 dining rooms, a breakfast bar, kitchen, laundry room, games room with pool table, air hockey, foosball & dart board. All bedrooms have cable TV’s along with cable TV in the lounge, DVD player, stereo & PS2. Also provided FREE is: wireless/broadband internet (just bring your laptop), local or international phone calls, safe, highchair, cot & safety gates. Located 3 mins to shops,restaurants & golf courses.

The world-famous attractions of Walt Disney World is located 7 miles away (10 min drive). Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Wet & Wild & Gatorland are only a short drive away & can be reached within 20-30 mins. Also located nearby is Lake Tohopekaliga and Lake Marion. Lake Tohopekaliga offers fishing, boating, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities. Within a 3 minute drive are golf courses, supermarkets, shopping & restaurants. The famous Champions Gate Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman is 2 miles away. A publix supermarket is a 2 min drive away with other local shops & restaurants. Walmart Super centre is a 5 min drive.     £610 / $999 for 7 nights or any number of nights at £75 / $145 per night, between 9th Nov - 23rd Nov 2009 or 28th Nov - 22nd December 2009.
    This special offer price includes all taxes, pool/spa heat, BBQ, wireless internet connection, cleaning and utilities.
  • 3 WEEK DISCOUNT: There is $175 / £100 discount off total price for 21 nights or more. This can be used in conjunction with any other discount.
  • We provide Spa Heat FREE OF CHARGE.
    Pool Heating is available if you require it at $175 / £95 per week (usually only required from Nov-March).
    The above rates INCLUDE all Florida state taxes, utilities (e.g. water & electricity).
    You can arrive or depart on any day of the week and we have no minimum rental period. Deposit of $175 / £100 per week will secure booking date. (non refundable)
    The remaining balance is not payable until 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit of $220 / £125 is payable with remaining balance 8 weeks before departure. This will be fully refunded pending an inspection from our management company.
    Please note for stays less than 7 nights there is a cleaning charge of $95 / £50.
    We can accept payment in GB£ or US$ by personal cheque, internet bank transfers or by credit/debit card (via Paypal).

Our time at Legacy Park was fabulous. It was close to Orlando airport and easy to find. The house is enormous, so much more than we were expecting. With three girls aged 12, 9 and 5 in tow we need lots of space and entertainment which was certainly accomodated for in this beautiful home. The pool was the most popular option for them, and the spa for mum! The games room with pool, darts, table tennis, music, and lots more was regularly used by us all. The kitchen had everything you could need, including dish washer, ice maker, coffee maker, liquidiser. The bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms were furnished beautifully with towels in abundance, which was very useful with the pool and showers/baths.With equipment for babies and toddlers inc. high chair, potty, buggy, cutlery, sippy cups and suction plates this would be more than adequate if you had very young children. The bedrooms were well furnished, although our 3 daughters shared the disney room together most nights! The lounge was so comfortable, mum and dad dropped of to sleep most evenings before the kids! We will definitately be returning, probably with another family as it seemed a shame not to use the whole house. We can't wait to revisit.

The photos of the property were great but staying there was even more of a treat. I would definitely recommend the property to a friend. The home was well maintained and I liked the fact that it was a few minutes from Disney so it was very peaceful. You actually felt at home the moment you walked in.

We had a wonderful time in Florida. Your home is beautifully decorated, comfortable & peaceful. It's situated in a quiet, lovely neighbourhood (we were a bit nervous about renting a home found on the internet, we'd never done that before). When we arrived we were very relieved to find that the house looked exactly like the pictures you have posted on the internet - no misrepresentations.

We had a wonderful time at your house! It is so beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. The decor is lovely. The floor plan is perfect. Everything we needed was there. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxing away from the parks. You've done a great job setting it up. There wasn't really anything that we didn't have. I just hope it doesn't get so popular that we won't be able to rent it again!
