Imagine returning back from a hard day at Disney to this amazing villa! Interior-designed in 2005 and packed-to-bursting with everything you'll need from hot-tub to fully-equipped games room...Just ask any of our previous guests and they will tell you how much they loved it! This villa is simply HUGE with 3,500 square feet of living space - many 6 bedroom villas only offer you half that space. Our pool deck has been extended too, so you don't fall into the pool as soon as you step out of the house! Children will have a great time here... they can play American pool, table football, darts, or mess about in the pool leaving the adults plenty of time to relax. The safety aspects are better than at most other villas too as we have both a back door pool alarm and a secure but removable safety fence stopping little ones when you want them to be stopped! We have created a home that is both large but warm and inviting - please take a look at the rest of the details and contact us!

Legacy Park can be found 15 minutes to the west of Disney. This is a great location as it despite its proximity to Disney, it is a quiet rural setting and is also ideally located for visiting the parks nearer Tampa too. Legacy Park is at the northern tip of Polk county which has over 500 lakes (but not too many alligators!). You can use either Orlando International Airport to fly into or alternatively Sanford which is also less than an hour away (and is less crowded!). Shopping malls are plentiful and can be found only 30 minutes away.

We have booked again for 2009 and cant wait to enjoy the many amenities of this beautiful home. the children loved having each there own large room and mom and dad too. Thanks again ofr making accomidation ofr our family.

we spent two weeks at this property, and it was brilliant. the house is absoulutley beautiful! we had a 1 year old with us, and there was a baby gate, a buggy, high chair and pool safety which was brilliant. We had a few problems with air con, and there was a few days that we cudnt go in the pool because it had been treated, but apart from that it was perfect. The villa itself is just breath taking and i would reccomend it to anyone. thanks alot!
