Situated on the small & peaceful development of Robbins Rest, located just off the I4, Exit 58. The entrance is off Lake Wilson Road, there is a Chevron Gas station just down the road (within walking distance) which is open from early until late and sells hot food plus general food items including 'British' goods, drinks and phone cards. Local shopping is just minutes away with a a brand new CVS Pharmacy 2 minutes drive up the road. There is also a large Publix Supermarket, a Chinese restaurant/takeaway/home-delivery service, Italian restaurant/Pizza delivery, Chilli's Restaurant, McDonald's, gas station plus a liquor store and others just a 5 minute drive away.   • Until booking is confirmed these rates are subject to change. All rates are for the entire villa per week (Sat-Sat - changeover day is negotiable depending on availability) and are inclusive of state taxes, end of stay clean (stay of 5 days or less incurs additional clean charge of £50 or $80) and all utilities. Electric Pool Heating is available (optional) add £10/$20 per day - recommended OCT-APR. A £150.00 refundable security deposit must be paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full within 5 weeks after your return date (less any breakages). We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or most major credit cards (via Paypal or our Management Company - a 3.5% admin charge is applicable).
  • March Madness - Last minute booking for remaining dates in March - take 20% off standard rate!!
    Payment by Credit card or Bank transfer only - 3.5% charge applies for credit cards.

The fantastic Hot Tub helps unwind those tight muscles after a hard day at play. The whole back garden looks out over a natural lake and is not overlooked, with high fences separating you from the neighbors on either side this truly is a peaceful private place to unwind. Great location

The Villa is located on a small community of residential and vacation properties, sited on a natural lake with spectacular lake views from the pool area and garden, you can even see the lake from the kitchen!! The Villa is just a few minutes drive away from the Interstate 4 (I4) and also Highway 192 - this is the main strip for great restaurants, shops, attractions and the lovely Kissimmee Old Town. Visit the beautiful Gulf coast for white sand beaches which is approx 1hr 15 mins away, or the Atlantic coast is even closer.

Florida Holiday Starts Here

We stayed in this villa in March 2008. The description of home from home couldn't be more accurate (apart from the fact that we sadly don't have a hot tub at home!).

The place was clean and very comfortable. The guest book was full of great tips for your stay and the hot tub was a fantastic addition to end a day of walking around theme parks.

We only stayed a week, and moved to another area of Florida for our second week. Within about 24 hours we were wishing we were back at this villa! I think we felt we hadn't managed to appreciate every aspect of it!

Really close to parks/amenities and very easy to find.

Would definately consider staying again the next time we visit Florida and would happily recommend this great home to anyone.
