Photos and Description of this Sandy Ridge holiday villa Perfect Base For A Family Holiday In Orlando!

This 5 bed/3 bath villa is situated on the Sandy Ridge Estate was completed in summer 2005 and is decorated and furnished to the highest standards. A single level property, it is ideal for families with small children, with 3 double and 2 twin rooms which all have cable TV. One Disney themed twin room also contains a PlayStation 2. As well as the cable TV in all bedrooms, the sitting room boasts a TV/DVD system with hundreds of channels, including movie channels and the Fox Soccer channel for Premiership and Tournament games. The games room was added in November 2006 and contains a pool table, football table, table tennis, air hockey and electronic darts. The 30ft pool is contained in a mesh to keep out unwanted bugs while letting the sun in, can be heated if required and is lit for evening swimming, as is the adjoining Jacuzzi. As there are no properties to the rear of the villa, just a lake and wooded area, there is a high degree of privacy with only similar villas on either side

The villa is situated close to the I-4 which gives easy access to the International Drive / Universal Studios area of Orlando and is a short drive to Disney (under 10 minutes.) There are various Malls just a short drive away plus there are plenty of stores and restaurants close by and also a good selection of take-out which can be delivered to the villa. The villa is approx. 30 min drive from Orlando International airport and the proximity to Disney and the I-4 make Dove Villas the ideal base for your family holiday to Orlando.
