Highly recommended Orlando Villa with Wireless Internet. In the gated Solana Resort: includes clubhouse, gym, games room, pool & sun beds,Jacuzzi, internet cafe, shop and many other facilities and is fast becoming the most sought after community in the Disney area. Very spacious, air-conditioned, deluxe furniture throughout. 4 bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms both ensuite,1 with sunken bath, large walk-in shower, walk-in cloakroom & TV. Third bathroom between the 2 twin bedrooms. Towels & linen provided. Open plan kitchen to breakfast dining area & family room. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer,dryer, iron/ironing board. Games room includes TV, chairs, bar football, air hockey table & electronic dart board. Family room with sofa, armchair, cable TV and DVD, (PlayStation on request). Fully screened, heated pool and spa, extended sun deck, garden furniture & sun beds (BBQ on request). Large living room with sofa bed, armchair and 6 seater dining table. The villa is cleaned before each let.

Our villa is on the exclusive Solana Resort, just 15 minutes away from the Disney Theme Parks. Solana is one of Orlando's finest gated resorts, surrounded by golf courses in the Orlando area. Located on highway 27, just 4 miles from the junction with highway 192. Solana is a sunny tropical oasis all the amenities are listed under Further Details. A few minutes away on the hwy 27 there is a fabulous hyper-market and an endless choice of good restaurants on hwy 192. Florida's spectacular beaches are less than an hour away where you can relax or go deep-sea fishing!

  • All three luxury bathrooms have vanity units and a generous supply of towels. Extra towels in the villa. All bathrooms also have a toilet, shower and bath with generouse storage. Our cleaning company work to a very high standard and all the bathrooms look brand new when you arrive.

  • The master bedroom has a walk-in cloakroom and TV. The en-suite has a sunken bath and large walk-in shower. The sofa bed is located in the quieter living room, away from the family room and pool. Cots are available on request. All bedding is supplied. Very large wardrobes and hangers in all the bedrooms and draws for extra storage. There is a safe located in the walk in wardrobe, this is a room on it's own, with hanging rails and selves. There is plenty of room to store your suitcases in here. All bedrooms have air-conditioning that also heats the rooms in the winter months. Not usually needed!!!

Solana Resort Amenities: The Solana resort is safe and gated with everything you would need for a wonderful family holiday. Amenities include: 4000 sq ft state of the art clubhouse. Large swimming pool with spa surrounded by palm trees and free sunbeds with cushions supplied, there are also private changing areas and a shower. Outdoor jacuzzi. Sand volleyball court, high-tech children's climbing frame/wall, recreation field (soccer pitch). Cybercafe with free internet access (computers supplied), gym, arcade games room, meeting area with reception and guest services, sundry shop, snack bar. Weekly themed events and child entertainment in the Club House lounge. All facilities included in the booking fee.

Golf: If you prefer a golfing vacation in our villa, you have chosen the right place. There are over 100 golf courses in Greater Orlando, 2 PGA events and an LPGA event. All three tournaments are open to the public. Since 1998 there have been 14 new golf courses built in the Orlando area. Orlando is the home to Tiger Woods and Arnold Palmer. The average winter temperature is 70 degrees - ideal for golf. Manicured fairways, silver sand bunkers and an inseparable golf cart culture are as famous as Orlando's winter sunshine!

Our first time in America with the Grandchildren was extra special when we saw home nice our accommodation was. Lots of room, kids enjoyed the games room and pool. Couldn't believe how nice club house and clubs outdoor pool was! Free internet was very handy for checking in for return flights. Hightly recommend this villa.

Even more than we expected

This house was perfect for my family's stay during spring break. The house was very clean, sunny, bright, and very well furnished. The location is great - close to Disney World, stores, restaurants - conveniently located and easy to find.

I would definitely recommend this house to my family and friends and would be happy to rent it again when we return to Orlando.

The owner was very pleasant to work with and very accomodating and certainly made the whole process as easy for us as possible.
