This brand new luxury villa is tastefully furnished and fully air-conditioned. The accommodation comprises 5 Bedrooms of which the 2 Master Bedrooms have en-suite facilities, there is a further Queen Bedroom & 2 twin rooms which share a further bathroom, making it an ideal rental for 2 families or a large family group. All bedrooms have walk in wardrobes and Cable TV. The main lounge has a sofa and a love seat, coffee table, 30inch widescreen Cable TV with DVD and VCR. The second lounge also has a sofa, loveseat, coffee table, 27inch cable TV, DVD and VCR. The modern fully fitted Kitchen and breakfast bar is light, airy & well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, with dining area adjacent to the kitchen. Lazee Days villa has its own private pool, with extended deck area, covered lanai and poolside furniture - all of which benefit from stunning uninterrupted views of the Orlando countryside, an ideal place to relax after a busy day at one of the many nearby theme parks.

Lazee Days Villa is located on the gated community of Sunset Ridge, set amongst the beautiful fragrant orange groves. On the S.R. 27 just a mile from Junction 55 of Interstate 4 (I4) it is ideally situated for easy access to all major attractions, with Disney only 8 miles away, Universal Studios and Sea World only 20 miles away via the 3 lane I4 highway. Orlando International Airport is a 30-40 minute drive away. Wal-mart and Publix supermarkets, great value restaurants, shops and bars are all situated close by. Golfers are able to enjoy the numerous award winning golf courses in close proximity - Southern Dunes, Champions Gate and Falcons Fire to name but a few. Going west via the I4 are Tampa and Busch Gardens, approximately 55 miles away. Going East are Daytona, Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center, all within 90 minutes drive. Our friendly Management Company are located close by if required. All in all a superb location for a holiday that will offer just about everything.
