LATEST; 52' TV, an exercise machine, a computer with BROADBAND Internet access FREE call to all USA.. Luxury large single storey villa, 15 minutes from Disney. Six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa is beautifully situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooks conservation land to the front and to the rear offers fabulous views over a large natural lake. There is a private screened pool & spa (which can be heated) with an extended deck area that is a sun trap until late in the day, there is a lanai for shade. The villa boasts two master suites and a further two bathrooms, plus a pool toilet and basin. The three bedrooms with double/queen beds all have televisions. One master suite has a VCR. The lounge now has a DVD player in addition to the DVD in the new computer. The double garage has washing machine and dryer. For the young at heart a table football game, AN 8 FOOT SLATE-BED POOL TABLE with a ping pong conversion top are also provided in the garage for your entertainment

Thousand Oaks is a quiet development in the Kissimmee area close to Davenport and handy for access to the Interstate 4 at junction 58 and Highway 192. Both provide easy access to Disneyworld, Magic, Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Universal, Sea World, Discovery Cove, International Drive and Disney's model town named Celebration. The beaches of Daytona, Tampa, Clearwater are an easy drive as is the Space Centre.

Beaches: The coasts on both sides of Florida can be reached easily via the Interstate 4 which is only a few minutes drive from Thousand Oaks. On the Atlantic coast you have the added attraction of the space centre at Cape Canaveral, and Daytona Beach. On the Gulf Coast the children love all the beaches as well as Busch Gardens at Tampa. As the villa is located in central Florida it is easy to pack an overnight bag and head for Miami or the Everglades.

Disney, theme parks and attractions: Getting around could not be easier, the I4 takes you to the International Drive area and all the shopping malls and factory outlet stores. Signs to all the Walt Disney parks, Universal Studios and Sea World are easlily found. There is a large map in the villa for your information to help find your way around.

Golf: The new Greg Norman-designed golf course at Champions Gate is only minutes away at exit 24 on the Interstate 4. There are numerous other courses within easy reach. The villa provides peace and privacy when you return to base to relax and recharge your batteries for the next day shopping or at the attractions.
