Luxury villa less than 15 minutes drive from Disney theme parks, with large private pool, air-conditioning, ideal for self-catering holiday all year round. The villa has easy access to Orlando attractions - Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, golf, beaches and shopping. In prestigious Tuscan Ridge, it has over 2000 sq ft of living area, all on one level, with 2 separate sitting rooms, a formal dining area, a luxury king-sized master bedroom with en suite, further queen-sized double bedroom, twin room and triple bunk bed room ideal for children. A kitchen with every modern convenience is complemented by cable TV on all 4 TV sets (including 32 inch in the lounge), DVDs and video players, Playstation 2, tennis racquet's, baby highchair and cot, with all bed linen and towels provided. The pool (heated on request) is not overlooked on all sides and faces south west, offering views of conservation woodland and fabulous sunsets - a peaceful and private setting after busy days out.
