This luxurious villa is has 2 floors and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus cloakroom. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, lounge, nook and separate dining room. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, it has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom is also located downstairs, this also has a king size bed. there is a cloakroom. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, one with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The pool has a jacuzzi feature and extended deck area for soaking up the sun. This is a truly fantastic base for your holiday in Florida. The villa has free WIFI Broadband Internet, digital TV and free calls to the USA. Puerto Rica and Canada.

Local Activities: This area is the home of Mickey Mouse and all things Disney. There is so much to see and do here that you really need a good 3 weeks to get round. There is Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom which are the Disney parks. Then you have Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld. There are also several water parks and loads of smaller attractions too. There are also many restaurants to choose from both inside the parks and outside. Downtown Disney provides great shops and restaurants as well as the Universal equivalent Boardwalk. There are many shopping malls too which offer great branded clothes at very cheap prices.

Getting there: There are many airlines and many airports that go into Sandford and Orlando International airports.

Visited in April 2009 the house was absolutely lovely, we went with another family and their was plenty of room for us,
9 stayed in all. The house was very clean and was in a ideal place to visit all of Disneys attractions, which all were very easy to find approx. 15-20 minutes for most places.
The children loved the swimming pool which was also very clean. We would highly recommend this property to all our friends and families and we will definately be returning to this property in the very near future.

We have just returned from our 2 week stay; usually stay nearby but villa was unavailable but I have to say that we were not disappointed! The villa was very spacious, exceptionally clean and in a superb location. Although we did not have young children I was impressed with the safety aspects of the pool (safety screen). The villa was well equipped with good kitchen facilities, range of crockery and linen. Easy drive to all parks. As it is on 2 floors it is ideal for 2 families as it gives privacy and room. I will definitely recommend to frinds/family and if we do go again ourselves would return.

Family Holiday in Florida

We have jsut returned from our holiday in Florida and we had a fantastic time staying in this villa, the pool and spa were great for the whole family. The location is fantastic and all major parks are within a 30 minute drive. The villa has WIFI broadband internet so we could keepin touch with the family back home. We would highly recommend the villa and will return in the future.
