Our villa, completed in July 2003, is situated in a small gated community within 20 minutes of Disney and a couple of minutes from Champions Gate where there are two Greg Norman designed golf courses. The community overlooks a lake, surrounded by conservation area and it offers numerous recreational facilities. The villa is fully air-conditioned, furnished in a Floridian style and is tastefully decorated. The garage contains a games room consisting of pool, table tennis, air hockey, hoops and electronic darts. Great fun for all the family! Outside there is a heated pool and spa, set in an extended deck, together with a lawn to the rear. You will find many opportunities for cycling and walking in the area. Notes to the rental rates

• A £100 or dollar equivalent deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance being due no less than 8 weeks prior to the rental commencement. We are happy to accept mid-week bookings and bookings for partial weeks. These and additional days are chargeable on a pro-rata basis.
  
• Rental rates are inclusive of taxes.
  Pool Heating (recommended outside the summer months) is charged at £60 per week.

Accommodation

Our luxury villa consists of a large living room with seating fro 7, a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook providing seating for 4, together with a dining room which can seat 8. In the living room, is a 32in cable LCD TV, VCR/DVD and HiFi system. There are two master bedrooms, bedroom 1 offering a king-size bed whilst bedroom 2 offers a queen-size. Both bedrooms have a 19in cable LCD TV and offer en-suite facilities. The en-suite for bedroom 1 has a large shower cubicle, Roman tub and his and hers vanity units, whilst that for bedroom 2 has a bath/shower. The other two bedrooms, one of which is Disney themed for our younger guests, share a third bathroom and have twin beds. All the bedrooms have large walk-in closets. Things to do and see

All five Disney Parks and the two Disney Water Parks are only 12 miles away.The other Orlando are attractions, including the two Universal Parks - Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, Sea World and the water parks of Wet'n'Wild and Water Mania are all roughly 25 minutes away. Shopaholics are well catered for, with a number of Factory Outlets and Shopping Malls easily accessible. Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the East Coast is an easy 1 hour drive and the white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast can be reached within 90 minutes. A huge array of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues are close by on Highway 192.
