Our stunning custom designed home is simply the best villa for your most memorable vacation ever! Offering four bedrooms, two master en-suite and one family bathroom, a professional 8'x4' slate bed pool table and games room, a 54' digital Sony TV with video player, air conditioning through-out, fully screened and secluded, south-facing, heatable swimming pool; furnished patio with gas barbecue and sun loungers, beautifully landscaped garden in a prime location within the safe, established and quietly residential community of Westridge, which also offers floodlit tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, childrens' play area and a communal pool. Genuinely 14 minutes from Disney, close to 24 hour supermarket, restaurants and championship golf courses. Our villa also has a monitored alarm system, a floor mounted and bolted Fire proof safe installed and childproof bolts on all doors to pool area.

It has been furnished throughout to a very high specification and has a 54' digital cable Sony TV with 'View on Demand' Box office films, hi-fi system in the main living area, 25' cable TV with video player in the games room and wall mounted flat scren TV's in both master suites together with all those 'little extras' that will make your holiday special and happily unforgettable! Ideally located with a large south facing, totally private swimming pool offering you all day sunshine and a wonderful fan cooled al fresco dining area for full enjoyment of the unforgettable balmy evenings in the secluded comfort of your own home. For total peace of mind we have also installed a Fire-proof safe and child-proof bolts on all doors to the pool area.

LOCATION AND NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom together with Disney's Boardwalk, DisneyQuest, Market Place, Downtown, Westside and Pleasure Island are within 14 minutes of our home. It is 20 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios, 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and about one hour from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

WESTRIDGE AS A COMMUNITY: The community also offers for your enjoyment, at no extra charge, an excellent all-weather floodlit tennis court and basketball pitch, a large communal swimming pool, cabana with changing facilities and showers, barbecue area, volleyball pitch and a large childrens' play area with swings, slides, sandpit etc. Wonderful championship golf courses, shopping mall, a 24 hour supermarket together with a host of restaurants are just minutes away. What a beautifully maintained villa, very clean, wonderfully quiet and pretty location with total privacy around the pool. Luxurious bedding/towels - we didn't need for anything and really didn't want to leave the home! It was best villa we've ever stayed in - and your photos don't do it justice! Great location for the parks, restaurants and shopping. The community was lovely, great tennis courts, basketball and volleyball pitches and lovely to take a stroll in the evening. Felt very safe. Thank you Graham and Carolyn for providing such a high level of accommodation, the children loved the games room, their bedrooms and the beds were soooooo comfortable and luxurious! We'll be back many times and will certainly recommend you to all our family and friends - you were so helpful with our arrangements and we felt very "cared for".
