Our luxury detached air conditioned villa with a private heated pool is ideally located to enjoy all the good things that Florida has to offer. From those relaxing days beside the heated pool in virtually guaranteed 365 days of the year Florida sunshine to adventure days out at Orlando's many and varied attractions, which are all within a 15-25 minutes drive, or playing golf at the many local championship courses. At Westridge we have a superb communal club house, with a small fitness centre and large outdoor pool which are all free of charge to our guests.

The Manors South at Westridge is a tranquil, exclusive private gated community just off Hwy 192 on Hwy 27, set alongside beautiful rolling hills of orange groves and beside several fabulous championship golf courses such as Champions Gate designed by Greg Norman. It is a quiet prestigious residential / vacation community, gated to ensure full peace of mind, maximum comfort, and of course security. Within 5 minutes drive are large supermarkets, shops, banks and family friendly restaurants that cater for all tastes and ages. Orlando's main attractions, Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are all within 15-25 minutes drive. Just over an hour away is Tampa and the ever popular Busch Gardens theme park along with the Gulf Coast resorts of St. Petersburg and Clearwater on the west coast and Cape Canaveral, Cocoa and Daytona Beaches on the east coast.

Additional information about rental rates

  • SPECIAL RATES - Bookings within a month of your arrival date ~ £300.00 per week.
    Pool heating, recommended for cooler periods, is available at £80.00 per week.
    A 'Welcome' grocery pack can be arranged if required along with a 'Meet and Greet' service at Orlando airport. Please phone for details and prices.
    In fairness to all our guests we respectfully ask that the home is strictly NO SMOKING, although smoking is allowed outside around the pool area.
    A deposit of £100.00 per week is required with the completed booking form, the balance will be required 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit, (an imprint of your credit card) is required by our management company and will be taken after you have arrived at the villa.

Notes: Our home has high 'cathedral' ceilings, and the pastel coloured furnishings and bright decor together with the many windows make for a light and spacious villa. There are fitted carpets in the living areas and bedrooms, 2 cable TV's, VCR/DVD player, C/D/Radio/Audio Tape player and a telephone. The living room is open and spacious with patio doors that open onto the deck and pool area (child alarms have been fitted to all pool doors and windows). The open plan kitchen has a breakfast nook with a table and four chairs, features include oven and grill, microwave, toaster, coffee percolator, electric kettle, blender, fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All cutlery and crockery is provided.

A separate laundry room houses the extra large washing machine, and clothes dryer, with iron and ironing board. The master bedroom features a US California King size bed, cable TV, radio alarm, walk-in closet with a safe, and an en-suite bathroom with hair dryer, and a door leading directly to the pool area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds, a radio alarm each, and ample built in wardrobe space and full length mirrors. The second bathroom is situated between bedrooms 2 and 3 and includes a hair dryer. There is also a queen sofa bed in the lounge that sleeps two if required. All towels and bed linen are provided. The villa has it's own heated and fully screened pool with spacious decking, covered lanai, with luxury patio furniture and two sun loungers. The villa has an enviable position overlooking a large grassed area with it's south west facing pool and deck bathed in sunshine all day long.

This house was great! It was very clean. Excellant location. We enjoyed our stay and will return. Owner is very nice. Best vacation ever....we can't wait to go back!

Having stayed at this villa with my family in July this year I would highly recommend it. Excellent location close to Disney and the I-4 it is perfect to return to after the parks.
Fantastic pool where we watched the sunset go down every evening.
Can't wait to return!

Comfortable villa within easy reach on the I4 where almost all of the parks can be accessed, the villa had everything that we required and more. Nearby is small supermarket, bank and Appleby's resturant which I would recomend plus Italian and take-a-ways (did not use), but just up the 192 is everything you will need.I would recomend this villa.
