This luxurious, fully air-conditioned home is a perfect base for a single family or small party on an Orlando holiday. The home has been tastefully furnished and has all the requirements for a self-catering holiday. There is a privately screened solar heated south facing pool. The pool area also has ample pool furniture. This villa is ideal for a family, two families or golfers looking for a holiday home in central Florida. There is also a tennis court and children's play area which are free to guests. On Highway 27, we are conveniently close to all major attractions including DISNEYWORLD. Nearby interstate 4 takes you to Busch Gardens, Tampa and to both the east and west coasts. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away.

Our home is situated at Westridge, a prestigious, peaceful and well maintained community located on Hwy 27, approx 15 mins from Disney World with easy access to all area attractions. Westridge has a community pool, Tennis courts, Basketball court and children’s play area, which are all free to our guests. A big Publix supermarket and a brand new Super Walmart are within 5 minutes drive from the house. Restaurants within 10 minutes. Championship golf courses nearby.

Double bedroom 2 - built in wardrobe, mirror, Clock, twin bedroom - built in wardrobe, drawer units, TV/DVD and mini hi-fi, clock.

Pool Area: Screened pool area with South facing pool. Solar cover and under water lighting. Steps into pool . Covered Lanai with pool side furniture. Low hedging around pool screen for added privacy. Pool overlooks grassed area.

Golf: This villa is perfectly located for many of Florida's premier golf courses, including: Championsgate: This world-class 36 hole facility, created by Greg Norman, opened in the fall of 2000. Although Norman designed is as an 'Australian links', the International was also clearly influenced by his British Open success and features a wild, wind-swept appearance. Highlands Reserve: Sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers.

As Good As Any And Better Than Most

We have just returned from this villa. This was our 5th villa holiday in the area (probably cheaper to buy one but that's another story) and I can honestly say this is the only villa I would return to.

Everything was as we hoped especially the levels of cleanliness. Our son (10) lived in the pool for almost the entire holiday and that alone made this an excellent choice. Our one small gremlin on arrival was ironed out quickly by the local property manager.

The location is good. Close enough to the theme parks to be handy but far enough to be away from the major hustle and bustle. All the 192 offers is only 10 minutes away.

The community facilities are also a plus although I don't think Andy Murray has anything to worry about!!

In conclusion, just about perfect. Go on, you won't regret it.

Not so stunning

The description of this villa should be down graded from stunning to nice,the management team and owners have let it down,it's in a great location a bit far out but very quiet and peaceful.When we arrived after the long flight from the UK and a delay getting our car at orlando international all we wanted was a cup of tea but to our horror we could not get into the villa as the code for the key safe did not work,after finding a phone and calling the emergency number we were told that the code had changed and the owners had been told.Once in we wanted our cup of tea but the tea pot had an old tea bag in it and it had turned white with mould and the cups had stains and rings inside them. The following day someone from the management company called to say hello,when confronted with the tea pot and cups he blamed the cleaners,saying they would not normally check the tea pot as Americans dont drink tea. The pool area was littered with dead beetles and the pool screen had spiders webs with some large beasts in them and had holes in the mesh allowing flying insects into the pool area. The front door area was thick with spiders webs and dead beetles which was not very inviting.Once we had cleaned all the mentioned areas we had a good time the pool was great and considering the price, we got good value. This villa could be stunning again if the owners spent a little money on it and the cleaners paid a little bit more attention to detail. I would recommend this villa to friends

Great place to stay

This was the first time we have stayed in a villa and it was great it was clean we will not go to a hotel now. The area was good and very quite easy to get to all the parks.If you have booked this villa i am sure you will not be dissapointed with it.A big thank you to the owners.

Ruth, Andy, what a place you have. Very impressed and we are now hooked on villas, very unlikely to look at hotels again in the US. Spotless, plenty of room, having your own space and all the home comforts, brilliant.
Food shopping on the 27 and the 192 has good restaurants. Disney is 15-20 minutes away max.
So sad to come home but we will be looking for future use and have recommended to friends for future use, and would recommend to anyone else, if a score was to be given it would be 110/100. Fabulous.

Fabulous villa. Would recomend to anyone. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Good family restaurants within 5 mins drive and great supermarket 2/3 mins drive.
Excellent driving directions and info from Andy, for anyone who isn't familiar with the route.
A well loved and maintained villa.
