Situated on a quiet residential area on Westridge not overlooked. 4 bedrooms, Two bathrooms, Spacious living area with TV/DVD Games facilities etc. The villa also benefits from a generous shaded seated patio area by the solar heated pool. (Direct access to Master bedroom's shower bathroom facilities). Situated just off Highway 27. Literally only 15 minutes away form Disney World and all its attractions. Shops and restaurants are only a short drive away, there is a full sized BBQ, tennis racquets, golf clubs and a pool table all for your personal use at the Villa. Nearby Interstate 4 takes you to Busch Gardens Tampa and to both the East and West Coasts. Positively No pets allowed

Located on Highway 27, on the Westridge development which is located 4 miles North of Interstate 4 and 4 South of Highway 192. It is a mixed community of rental properties and residential homes. There are on-site facilities for vacation's and residents a like to use Community Pool, Tennis Courts, Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Children's play area and Cabana. The community has shopping facilities close by Public-Food, Petrol, Walmart-Superstore, Walgreens-Chemist's and many more. There are also plenty of eateries and sports complex close by eg Highlands Golf course one of the premier courses for the area.

Lovely comfortable home

Very comfortable, clean home, close to Disney (if you must go!), golf, shopping. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the pool watching the kids playground, always entertaining, its not to close to be noisy though. We will definatley rent again when we come back to Orlando. We found the management company very helpful.

The management are always close at hand for those holiday mishaps and enquries.

There plenty to see and do in the area and as per the recent review there is a childrens play area which is safe, convienient but without the noise!!!!

Golf, Tennis, Walking, Riding, Swimming all close at hand.

We have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday in Westridge in this villa. The villa description is fairly accurate. This villa is very good value for money, we have stayed in many villas in the Westridge and Calabay Park areas. Some more expensive than others, but if you want a good family holiday at a very fair price then this property we would strongly recommend. It was clean had a good games room although the weather was so good it was only used twice. The pool was lovely with lots of inflatables. The property maintanance man was extremely helpful and polite, suggesting other things to do in the area as well as the usual disney parks. Thea area is good just off the 192 and very close to disney, and various water parks. Great shopping at the outlet mall went there with our shopaholic daughter about 4 times. This was a lovely holiday in a lovely home, where the owner always gave a quick response when emailing her, and was very helpful. And I must say one of the quickest return of our deposit cheques when we got home. Thanks Jackie

Excellent villa in good position

Westridge is a very pleasant estate, very peaceful but close enough to all the attractions. The villa was pefect for our needs, spacious, well equipped and maintained. Pool and pool area is great and was warm enough to swim in the late evening. Thoroughly recommended.

This house was a good value for their weekly rate. But the property management company that was hired does not do a very good job. This is in a good location, I like Davenport, FL and this is off of one of the main roads. The development is nice with a pool, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts directly behind the house (just outside of the properties private enclosed pool). I would definitely rent this again!!

Fantastic location within 10 mins of Disney without all the noise and crowding of the hotels.

Located at the end of Hwy 192 and 3 miles south on Hwy 27 the location is ideal for visiting Disney but also in reach of shopping and all the amenities you would want whilst on vacation but with out the hassle on been in a busy and urban downtown area.

There’s plenty to do in and around the local area cycling, horse riding, golf and trips on the airboats close by to see the real Florida.

Very well priced easily within the cheaper accommodation bracket but with luxury villa facilities.

Nice quiet sunny spot!
