Notes: Beautiful Games Room with Full Size Professional Slate Bed / Oak Framed Pool Table, Cable television and video player, selection of video tapes, games and books for all ages. Sony 54' Cable television in the main living area and further televisions and radio alarm clocks in both master bedrooms and one in the Animal Kingdom Bedroom! The extensive pool deck has a large covered area and plenty of room for sun-loungers and al fresco dining. Superb views over the conservation area behind the property. Top of the range gas barbecue included. We have installed a fire proof safe in the villa together with high level child-proof security bolts on all entrances to the pool area. There is also a child-proof fence which can be installed around the pool so you can relax and let your little ones play outside but not in the pool, unless you want them to!

WESTRIDGE: Westridge is a safe, established and quietly residential community only 14 minutes drive from Disney World. Ideally located on Highway 27, close to a brand new shopping mall, superb supermarket within 2 miles, fast food stores, excellent restaurants and adjacent to the infamous Highlands Reserve Championship Golf Course. All-weather floodlit tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, childrens' play area with sand pit and climbing frame together with a large communal swimming pool. Safest community south of Orlando - as stated by Sheriff, many full time residents so kept up to a wonderful standard and has a great community atmosphere.

LOCATION AND NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom together with Disney's Boardwalk, Disney Quest, Market Place, Downtown, Westside and Pleasure Island are within 14 minutes of our home. It is 20 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios, 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and about one hour from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Golf: Westridge is adjacent to the magnificent Hamilton Reserve Golf Course and close to many excellent championship and challenging courses. We have used this villa on a regular basis since 2002 and always thoroughly enjouy our stays. The standard of decor is excellent exactly like the description provided with plenty of space for a large family particularly around the pool area. This villa provides an ideal location for people wanting to go to the parks frequently or to just sit, relax and enjoy the wonderful facilities.
The villa is clean and well maintained which is why we have returned again and again and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this villa to first time or regular visitors to Orlando.
You will find the owners and the local management team extremely helpful who will go the extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

Family Party over Christmas

It was December 2007. We gathered together all the children and grandchildren from different parts of the world and had a 'Micky Mouse' Christmas. The house was an excellent well equipped and convenient base for all the family to enjoy Florida for 10 days. Not only Disney but other attractions such as the Kennedy Space Centre, MGM and Christmas Lunch in the Gaylord Hotel Resort provided an exciting and varied programme. Particularly impressive was the house itself, its fittings and furnishings and to the children, the pool was 'fab'.

Probably the best villa we've stayed in - and we've stayed in a few!

Much more of a personal touch with the decor, which really helped to make it feel homely. The facilities were great, and the kids absolutely loved the games room. This wasn't just a garage with a pool table in, but a properly converted room.

Loved the huge TV.

Would definitely stay again.

How to make your dreams come true

I have visited Orlando 7 times staying in Hotels and Villa’s all of which have been great. This year by chance we had the opportunity to stay at this villa and it blew us all away. From the moment we arrived until we left everything you could ask for was provided. Every room is spotlessly clean and well decorated. The Pool again spotless huge and the temperature just right. The Location allows you to relax whilst still enjoying the Disney feel.
From Games room to Master bedroom makes you want to stay longer. The whole Villa makes you think it is your own home. Sadly you have to leave at the end of your stay. "I will return"
Anyone who dreams of going to Disney take my advice book this Villa and your dreams really will come true.

Thank you for making our dreams come through. A special mention must go to the Management who are only a phone call away if needed.
