This villa is the perfect holiday home you have been looking for. It is an ideal place for lazy days beside the pool in Florida's virtually guaranteed sunshine. For the more energetic, Orlando's many attractions are within 15-25 minutes drive, and there are many local golf courses. If you have been used to rental homes in other countries - prepare to be amazed! High 'cathedral' ceilings increase the feeling of spaciousness in our home. Fully air-conditioned, it has an open-plan living-room with patio doors onto the deck, dining area, and kitchen with breakfast 'nook'. Two master suites of bedroom and bathroom make this the ideal home for 2 families sharing. Two twin bedrooms share a third bathroom. The pool area, with sunloungers, table and chairs, and a bbq, is surrounded by evergreen shrubs for privacy. Ideal for small children -(a high chair and buggy are provided). A security fence to prevent access to the pool can easily be removed if not required.

Westridge is 3 miles south of Hwy 192, south-west of Disney. It is a quiet residential/ vacation community, gated for security, with an abundance of open space. A fitness room and full size swimming pool are available for use at no extra charge. Golf courses, large supermarkets, bank and restaurants are all within 5 minutes drive. Its location on Highway 27 close to the junction with I-4 means quick and easy access to Orlando International and Sanford airports, Disney world and other theme parks, and the lovely beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast. The area has an excellent choice of golf courses open to the public, and this, plus almost guaranteed sunshine, makes Orlando hard to beat as a base for that perfect golfing vacation. The villa's location is less than 5 minutes drive to the golf courses at Polo Park East and West, and the challenging par-72 course at Highlands Reserve. 6 Disney courses are less than 15 minutes away, and there are more than 20 courses within 30 minutes drive.

Everything was just as promised. Very spacious, nice linens, appliances, loved the pool! Close enough to Orlando to enjoy the amusement, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet in the evenings.

We both enjoyed our stay in this villa. Even in some of the lowest recorded February temperatures we found the villa to be comfortable. It's 10 years since our last visit to Westridge and the local amenities are vastly improved. It has excellent road links to Disney and other attractions. We found the phone and internet connection very useful. We would certainly recommend and use this villa again.

Lovely spacious villa, it does everything it says on the tin. Great for Disney and other parks, our children loved it, well it did wear them out. Pool very popular, car essential. Owners extremely helpful. We have used it twice and will use it again. If you have young children, eat early Tuesday evenings at Beef O'Bradys about 5 minutes down the road, due to special offer, the 6 of us had excellent amounts of good quality food & drink for under $30.

Fantastic value for money.

Lovely, well maintained and comfortable villa that is about a 15 minute drive from Disney attractions. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.
