Excellent!

Date of Stay: August 2009
We stayed at the Villa between 22nd August and 4 September 2009 and our family of 7 were all very happy and impressed with the villa and the facilities. Cathy has priced the villa well and it represents excellent value for money with everything you need for your stay provided. We used the BBQ twice for a couple of nice evenings in and made full use of the fully equipped kitchen, the washing machine and dryer. The pool area gets the sun for most of the day and we watched the sun set (and the thunderstorms on a few occasions).
The villa is positioned well for all the attractions which normally took about 15-20 mins to reach. The directions provided by Cathy to the Villa made it easy to find by going along the 528, I4, 192 and then Highway 27. On arrival entry was easy via the key safe (no messing around picking up keys). Inside the villa is nicely appointed, good size rooms, nice and clean and good selection of TV channels including Fox Soccer for keeping up on real "football"!!
As Orlando ventrans this was our first time in a Villa rather than hotel and it was just great to stay in at the villa at the end of a busy day. Its so nice to be able to use self catering and your own pool rather than have to eat out every night when you stay in a hotel.
There is a Publix supermarket withing about 2 mins drive and a much better, cheaper and bigger Wall Mart withing 5 mins drive just north on Highway 27. Wall Mart was excellent for stocking up on everything we needed and very, very reasonable. Its like Asda on acid.
This was our 5th time in Orlando and we always focus on one set of parks over the two weeks (either a 14 day Disney Flex ticker or a 14 day Univeral/Sea World ticket). This year we did Disney again and did all the parks and, our favorite water park, Typhoon Lagoon at least 3 times over the 2 weeks. We would suggest, if your first time in Orlando you focus on doing this in 14 days rather than trying to cram everything in.
In terms of eating out, our favorites were Applebees (next to Publix), Tony Romas on I Drive and Sweet Tomatoes (also on I Drive). Shopping, you cant beat Orlando Premium Outlets for your designer stuff, espectially Ralf Lauren, Gap etc.
In summary, highly reccomended. Would definately look to try and book again in the future.
