Being ideally positioned at Indian Creek our fabulous villa is ideally suited to cater for the young through to the young at heart. Whether you choose to 'Theme Park' until you drop or simply 'laze' around the 30ft pool in the sun, our villa is there for your enjoyment. The villa is beautifully furnished to a high standard, has a large lounge, separate dining area, fully fitted kitchen, two master bedrooms (equipped with ceiling fans) and two twin bedrooms (all linen including pool towels is provided). Television/DVD combos are in the Lounge and all bedroom, a PlayStation 2 in one of the twin bedded rooms and there are various hi-fi systems. The south facing pool area is equipped with table, chairs, loungers and a ceiling fan in the covered lanai. For safety all doors leading to the lanai and pool area are equipped with audio alarms.

    Pool Heat is available at an extra charge (recommended between October and April)
    High Chairs, Cribs and BBQ's are available at very reasonable hire rates.
  • A £100 per week deposit is payable at time of booking with the balance of monies due approximately 8 weeks prior to occupation of villa.
    A refundable Security Deposit of £150 is payable with final invoice payment.
  • Discounts given for bookings in excess of 2 weeks.

Indian Creek Estate: Indian Creek is a private estate just a stones throw away from Hway 192 and the nearby Interstate 4. The beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a 1 1/2 hour drive with surfing available at Cocoa beach which is only 1 hours drive away (next door to which is the Kennedy Space Centre). There are a number of leisure facilities available to enjoy at Indian Creek; children’s play park, basketball, a jogging track, and tennis -all of which is available to our guests free of charge. There is a wide variety of eateries less than 1 mile from the villa where it's possible to chose from the dining styles of buffet through to fine dining - all offering a wide variety of food (where young children are made welcome) and with prices to suit all pockets.

The Villa: Our family villa is fully equipped to a very high standard and benefits from the two master bedrooms suites being at either end of the villa which makes it ideal for families sharing. For the sun worshipers the pool and deck area are private and south facing being a discreet distance from our neighbours and also benefits from the quiet location of Indian Creek.
