Laguna Bay villas comprises 114 licensed condominiums on a beautifully landscaped site with clubhouse, a heated walk in swimming pool, games room, snack bar and shop, exercise gym, sauna, jacuzzi / hot tub at swimming pool. Tennis court and kids play area climb/slide in large sandpit are also available for use. At the clubhouse you can rent video movies overnight. A telly has plumbed-in PlayStation and games. The property has security alarm, door entry key box, safe box and the site is security patrolled at night. We can give advice on flights from the UK and best car rental / insurance as essential to get the best out of your holiday. Proceed west on 528 Beeline Expressway to I4 west & then exit from I4 onto SR535 going south to Poinciana Boulevard. Take right onto North Poinciana Boulevard heading south over the US192. About 2 miles down on right hand side make right into Laguna Bay Villas. Follow the circle round to building 5004-#54, and building 5007-#36. Both units are upstairs and typically same interior decor and furnishings.
