Fantastic, new condo with lots of room for a large family to enjoy. Close to the pool & clubhouse area but not to close so as to be noisy. Facing out towards the tennis court area. This property was completed in April 2005. It has been tastefully furnished to the highest standards by a professional local company. Where no expense has been spared. The master bedroom includes an Upgraded Queen Bed, dresser & mirror TV & ensuite bathroom. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms include 1king size bed, dresser & mirror & twin beds. The lounge area balcony includes seating for 6 and has a fold out queen sleeper, this leads onto a netted balcony through patio doors. The dining area seats 6 at a large real wood table. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped & user friendly. The resort itself has a beautiful pool area with child’s water slide and spa bath all set in a gated garden environment. It also has tennis, volleyball & basketball courts, children’s play area, 40 seater cinema, shop, gym & games room & more!

Windsor Hills resort is located in Kissimmee just south of U.S.192 on Old Lake Wilson Road. It is in a quiet fairly undeveloped area to allow peace and quiet should you choose to stay on the complex. It is however only a minute’s drive from U.S. 192 and all the attractions, restaurants, shops and nights out it has to offer. It is also only 5 minutes drive to the main entrance to Walt Disney World resort.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment is accepted in British £'s and in US $'s. A £200/$350 deposit is required on booking. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
    The prices above do not include a cleaning and booking charge of £55 and £30 respectively.
    Also the price is subject to Florida state tax at 13%.
  • Prices include electricity, air con, linen, towels (not beach) and local telephone calls. Unlimited international calls are available for a small additional payment on collection of the keys. Also, a refundable security deposit of $250 is required on collection of the keys to cover any damage to the property/contents. Arrival time is after 2pm, with departure before 10a.m. on your last day. This is a no smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
  • The condo is cleaned professionally before your arrival and inspected and cleaned on your departure. A maid service is available if required at an additional cost. The condo is professionally managed with a 24 hour emergency service.

Windsor hills is a fabulous resort in all ways, access to restaurants, theme parks is excellent.
Condo, was clean, fresh and well appointed. Air con failed one evening but call to management company in the morning had this soon rectifed, wouldn't hesitate in recommending , and booking again !!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
