Sunwood is a superb, luxury, 2-storey villa situated in the tranquil gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. The villa has 2 identical master suites, each with his and hers closets. The ensuite bathrooms have large bath and separate walk-in shower plus a double vanity unit. Many villas adverse a second master suite and guests are disappointed on arrival to find that this is much smaller than the main suite. The pool deck is idyllic at any time of day or night and is totally private as the villa backs onto conservation area and is screened on both sides. There is a Jacuzzi for winding down in after a hectic day at Disney and an oversized south facing sun deck for those wanting to work on their tan. For those guests who prefer the indoors we have a games room with pool table, football, darts and air hockey. New for 2008 we have a 50' plasma TV for the family room and a Nintedo Wii games system!!

Cumbrian Lakes is ideally situated for exploring all the theme parks of Orlando and being just a few miles south of I-92 (the main road through Kissimmee) there is no end of local restaurants to sample. As the name suggest Cumbrian Lakes is built around a series of lakes. These lakes are often visited by crane, osprey and blue heron. The lakes can be explored via a paved nature/jogging trail and there is also a children's playground. Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community.

  • The two en suite bathrooms are identical; each has a large oval bath and separate walk in shower as will as his and hers sinks. There is a real feel of luxury to these bathrooms a great place for a bit of pampering after a hard day around the parks! The 3rd bathroom is between the two twin rooms and has a USA theme with a stars and stripes shower curtain. This bathroom has a bath with shower a toilet and sink. There is an additional toilet and sink in a half bathroom on the ground floor. All towels are provided as well as beach towels which you can use around the pool or days out at the water parks. We also have and outdoor shower in the pool area.

  • The floor plan of this villa is excellent as we have to large identical master suites. Many villas advertise two masters but guests are disappointed on arrival to find that one is much smaller than the other. Each master suite has a King sized bed and is decorated to a very high standard. Each has his and hers walk in closets. The layout of this villa is ideal for 2 families or 2 generations of the same family! One of the twin rooms is a themed mickey room and the other would work equally well for children of all ages or adults. All bed linen is provided. All the bedrooms have cable TV and either DVD or video capability. We have a large selection of DVDs and videos at the villa for those 'chill out' days.

Notes: The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer with ice maker, microwave etc. There is a separate laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer which is great for families. We have an excellent local management company who are very quick to respond to our guests needs. This Villa has a great feeling or luxury and space. Most other villas of the same size have 5 or even 6 small bedrooms with very little living space; We find that this makes staying here an enjoyable part of your holiday rather than just 'a place to sleep.'
