There is a fully air conditioned games room. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated. The villa has luxury equipment including a home cinema / PC Broadband access / HDTV and 2 PlayStation 2's. The games room has pool - foosball and table hockey. Ideally situated for access to many golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate.

In a quiet conservation area with 4 lakes but only 10 minutes from Disney theme parks and only 3 miles from the I192. The 24 hour Wal-Mart is a 5 minute drive away. It is close to all the main attractions and close to many fine golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate. 10 minutes drive to the Disney town of Celebration which has several good restaurants on Market street as well as a cinema and tennis courts. There is a children's petting farm 5 minutes down Poinciana Boulevarde and also riding stables. Cocoa Beach is 60 miles away and the Gulf Coats just over an hour and a half's drive in the other direction. Downtown Orlando is also close by. Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community.

Notes: There are two comfortable seating areas with large couches. There is a 51' Sony HD cable TV with home cinema and a good selection of DVDs. There is an iPod with many music tracks which plays through the home cinema. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. There is also a glass table in the nook area of the kitchen with 4 chairs as well as a breakfast bar with 3 high stools. There are some extra stools in the games room. There is also a large table in the lanai for al fresco dining as well as a large gas BBQ. The pool looks southward onto a lake and there is a spa - both of which can be heated. There is a free Tom Tom One Sat Nav and we provide a free welcome back and free local and international telephone calls.

Cumbrian Lakes: Cumbrian Lakes is a relatively small upmarket development built around lakes in a conservation area, Despite its quiet tranquility it is close to all the main attractions (Disney etc) and only 10 minutes from the 24 hour Wal Mart stores. There are many and varied restaurants within a few minutes drive and water sports are only about 10 minutes drive away at Lake Buena Vista. There is a children's play park on the estate and a children's farm and riding stables within 5 minutes drive down Poinciana Boulevard. We are close to the town of Celebration with its Market Street full of good restaurants and a Cinema. There are also tennis courts there. Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast is less than an hours drive while Tampa dn Busch Gardens is just over an hour in the opposite direction.

Golf: Florida has an abundance of excellent golf courses many of which are with in 30 minutes drive from the villa. Charges vary from $39 a round to over $200 a round depending on which course you choose to play. Electric buggies are included in the price and many of these have GPS for accurate distances. Often range balls are included free in the price. Most courses will also hire clubs and shoes if required.
