*****The Emerald Villa has been accredited by The Florida Guild of Owners, an independent accreditor of Florida vacation homes. It was awarded a 5 star 'Signature' rating, the highest possible accolade. There really is no finer place to stay in the Disney area! This villa is set on a huge plot offering total privacy around the southerly facing pool and spa which overlooks the lake and woodland preserve beyond. Inside, the villa has been furnished to the height of opulence and offers four master en-suite bedrooms complete with lavish four poster beds and pillow quality bedding throughout. The remaining bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms and include a twin room with sleigh beds, a girls fairy themed room and a boys cowboy room, equipped with televisions and games stations for their entertainment. The extended southerly facing pool area has been customised to include a relaxing waterfall and tropical plants and flowers are in abundance adding to the seclusion of the area.

Emerald Island is the most prestigious resort development in the area, and is the very closest to Disney. The secure gated community sits nestled on an upland area set within hundreds of acres of stunning nature preserve. The elevated position means that the views over this lowland wetland and woodland preserve are simply gorgeous. Located on the resort doorstep are of course, Disney itself, shops, restaurants, health care, golf courses and a whole range of other attractions and day to day requirements. At the resort clubhouse you will find all the things that you would expect at a 5 star hotel, including a communal pool with tiki bar for early evening drinks before dinner, gym, sauna, cyber café, games arcade, tot lot for the younger guests and for the more adventurous, tennis and volleyball courts. A sundries shop and DVD hire etc is to be added in 2006. Its no wonder Emerald Island has become the most popular destination for the more discerning holidaymaker!

Notes to the rental rates

Prices are INCLUSIVE of Tax, pool and spa heating, telephone, internet, barbecue and gas, Xbox 360's online, Satellite HD and mid / end of week maid service with towel / linen changes and cleans during your stay. All facilities at the resort are also available for our guests use free of charge.
A deposit of 20% is required on all holiday reservations at the time of booking and the remaining 80% is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival at the villa. A security deposit of £500 is required 2 weeks prior to your arrival and is held by us against accidental damage etc as per our terms and conditions (available on request) and this is refundable all being well as soon after your departure as possible, usually within one week.
