Beautifully maintained 5 bedroom villa with private pool and extended decking situated on private gated community of Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee. A superb example of a spacious detached residence with full air conditioning, additional ceiling fans for your extra comfort, upgraded carpets, two en-suite bathrooms plus one additional full bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen, two family rooms and diner, games room. 3 double rooms (1 King size bed, 2 Queen), 2 twin bedded rooms. Facilities include 6 TV's, VCR, DVD, Play station 2, two telephones, wireless internet, laundry. Lake Berkley Resort is situated just off highway 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) which is the main route in Kissimmee. It is a very exclusive security gated resort that boasts its own clubhouse with games, video rentals, gym and communal pool. With tennis courts, volleyball court, lakeside children’s beach area and fishing from pier on main lake and nature walks it is an ideal location to relax after the parks.

Lake Berkley is close to many amenities such as a 24 hour Wal-Mart store, restaurants and fast food establishments. Only a few miles from Old Town where you can see how life used to be in America with Diners, motor cavalcades, shops, bars and more modern dare-devil attractions. With International drive being only minutes away you can sample all types of cuisine and discover the many shops both basic and designer, all at really affordable prices. The gates of Disney are only a ten minute drive away and from there you can access all of Disney's attractions. If you fancy a day out then the coasts of Florida and Kennedy Space Center are within a couple of hours and well worth the visit.

    Otherwise Pool heat will be extra £100.00 ($200.00) per week. All taxes included in prices. Security deposit of £200 / $350 required for any length of stay.
  • Clean included on rentals of 7 days or over otherwise cleaning charge of 90.00 USD will be applied to shorter rental periods.
  • Please Note - Rental Prices: Due to currency fluctuations please email for correct current price.
    As a guide prices are generally as follows:
    Low Season - £450 / $900
    Mid Season - £585 / $1140
    High Season - £665 / $1300

Golf: We are situated only minutes away from over 50 Golf Courses with the nearest being Kissimmee Golf Club which has excellent facilities, is semi-private so anyone can play and is very cheap. Have played it many times and never had a problem, usually costs around $29 per round including cart plus you can hire clubs for a nominal fee.

THe house was fantasatic and so was our vacation. Orlando is a paradise for
kids and mine had the time of their lives. The weather was not great, but
who needs sun at Universal ? Thank you very much for your hospitality. I

Free, Free, Free!!!!

Free wifi, Free pool heat, Free playstation 2! What more can you ask for?!

We have stayed in Lake Berkley several times. This house offered the most at the BEST price. We love the location, we love the house and the on site staff are AWESOME. The owners are quick with communications. Maybe I should not say anymore...you might book it before I do! ;)

But seriously, after spending the day at the parks, it is nice to get back to the house and spread out. Everyone had their own bedroom. The boys shared a bathroom. The master bath is very nice. There is even a second master bedroom...a bedroom with its own bathroom attached. Each bedroom had its own television set. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed in this home while on our vacation in Florida. It had everything that we would have wanted on our vacation. The house has plenty of rooms and bathrooms so that everyone was not always crowded ontop of everyone. The rooms were all large, kitchen very well kept. The kids enjoyed the games room in the garage, they loved the pool, it was heated and well maintained. There is very comfortable furniture around it. Everything about this home is what you will want. It is in close proximity to everything that we wanted to do. The gated community was great because the kids could go out walking and felt quite safe about it. The neighbours were very quiet which was nice so that you could spend your evenings outside enjoying a quite drink.
We will definately be renting this home again when we return to Florida. Thanks for your hosipitality...we couldn't have asked for more.

My family stayed in this property for 20 nights in July 2007. We found the location excellent and the property spotlessly clean. The gamesroom and pool made our trip very special as there was something for everyone all day in the property alone not just the whole Disney Madness. The wireless internet facility was great as our daughter of 13 kept in touch with her friends back home. Wall-Mart is located just around the corner and has everthing you could ever want at very reasonable prices. I would not hestiate to go back again.

The best place to stay in Kissimmee

We had an absolutely fabulous timestaying at the this villa.
The faclities are second to none.The pool & Jacuzzi was an excellent way to relax after a day in the theme parks.
The set up at Lake Berkley is also a major factor as it is a gated secure resort.

Location wise it is superb, you are very central in terms of access to all the Disney parks about 10 minutes drive,there is a Wal-Mart around the corner 2mins in the car.It's the ideal locationfor your Florida holiday
