Crayson court is situated within a gated community called Linfield Reserve; this community is very select and consists of only sixteen villas. Linfield Reserve looks over open countryside, orange groves, or many small lakes. Nearby golf courses are available and there are two shopping malls within a couple of miles. There are many restaurants within easy reach of the villas. This area is very sought after thanks to not only the close proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort only a couple of miles away, but also for the standard and size of homes located in this area. The quarter acre plots of landscaped gardens are maintained monthly to keep the small exclusive estate looking its best. Our spacious 3-4-bedroom villa has many modern and special features, Including air conditioning throughout, secure entrance to the estate via electronic gates (a number will be given to you for entry), private indoor open courtyard pool and Jacuzzi, very large sundeck, large garage and drive.

Many hanks to mr hill who was a constant help to us making this trip very special.
even down to telephoning us at the villa on our first day to make sure everything was upto standard.
The villa was absoulutly wonderfull and much nicer than i could have imagined it really made our holiay.

Great for all the family

A great villa that suited our family very well. Close to the main road, so it was easy to get to Disney and Universal (these were the only parks we did). But the villa was very quiet and private. We all had enough space but it was a very social house. The boys loved having the internet, Play Station and TVs. You can keep an eye on everyone in the pool from the air conditioned house. Very professionally run - emails were answered very quickly before we left the UK and the management company were helpful and friendly when I asked them for restaurant suggestions when we arrived. Great value for money!

we had such a wonderful stay in your villa for our vacation.
the villa did not dissapoint it is much better than the oictures on your website.
we were worried about keeping the children occupied when we were not going to the parks,
but we need not have worried it was hard to get them to leave the villa,
thankyou once again for all your help.

where do i begin / this villa was so very wonderful it is the first holiday i have ever had where i was sorry to return home.
my children have not stopped talking about your wonder ful home since we returned.
mr hill was most helpful before and dureing our stay in this fantastic home from home.
very close to all the theme parks / shops / resteraunts ect.
thankyou once again mr hill we will no doubt be staying again.

Beautiful villa, with all the mod cons you need. Modern decor with a homely feel. Maintained to a high standard through-out. The location of the villa is excellent, surrounded by good restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Ideally located for the all the theme parks. The pool area is wonderful - spacious, luxurious, it was very hard to get the kids out of there!!! Highly recommended to friends & family. When dealing with the owners they were very helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. Hope to be back real soon, Disney Fans, England.
