This Floridian tropical paradise is perfect for your romantic, self-catering holiday and is located just a 20 minute drive from Disney. With private pool and Jacuzzi, 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, this beautiful home is fully air conditioned, furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The five bedrooms include two twin rooms, two queens, and a master with king size bed, remote ceiling fan and cable TV, also master en-suite facilities.(All other rooms have manual controlled ceiling fans). There is a formal dining room, Two lounges (a 42' TV & Home cinema DVD in one room, the other a 32' TV & gaming consoles), Pool room in air conditioned area, Kitchen with breakfast bar. Outside, patio doors lead to a beautiful swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The south facing pool is fully screened with ample space, perfect for sunbathing. The Accommodation: The villa is particularly well suited for two families or for those travelling with a nanny or grandparents. There are alarms fitted to the patio doors, which sound when open. It is thoughtfully furnished and versatile with plenty of space to accommodate larger parties. Laundry facilities are provided in a separate air conditioned utility room and include a super sized washing machine and tumble dryer (which means get the laundry done before travelling home, unpack your suitcases when you get back and put all your clean clothes in the drawers or wardrobe whilst reminiscing what you were doing two weeks previous). The Facilities: The home provides a peaceful haven to return to after the hustle and bustle of a day out at the parks. Alternatively it is a relaxing base for lazing around the pool or soaking up the therapy of the deep jacuzzi. Inside activities include a POOL TABLE and for the children (or some adults)a playstation 2.

position: Crescent Lakes’ is situated on Poiciana Boulevard south of the main 192 highway of Kissimmee within 20 minutes of all the main attractions and specialised shopping malls. It is very well positioned for Restaurants or fast food services. For younger ages there is a petting farm and for those who choose to be adventurous there is horse ridding near by.

Just returned from Orlando and a cruise. Great villa in a great location. We travelled as 2 couples, one child, one single woman and an elderly lady (70+). The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect. My son and I are usually relegated to the garage to play pool so having a pool table just off the main living area was a bonus! We played a lot of pool but still felt part of the rest of the group. Although we all got on great in the villa and didn't need them, it was good to have several areas to sit and relax including an upstairs sitting area with TV and games console. This was in addition to all the usual villas. Finally a word about Gary - the owner. I booked this villa because out of about twenty or so replies I got by email, Gary was the only one to phone up personally. Communication was great prior to the holiday, he checked we were OK with a phonecall just after we arrived and has also checked everything is OK on our return. The villa and Gary's "customer service" are thouroughly reccommended by me and my fellow travellers.

Hi Again,

I wanted to thank you for another lovely stay at your villa. We had a terrific time and will definitely do it again.

I hope you felt we left the house in good order and were satisfied with our stay as much as we were satisfied with the house. We were not able to change that bulb in the dining nook. When I tried to get up the bulb would not come out and I didn't want to break the light.

The house was very well lighted so it was not a huge problem. And thank you so much for having the light fixed in the pool. That jacuzzi was a great assett. As a matter of fact my husband had broken 2 ribs right before we went on vacation (Slipping on Ice in the street, go figure) and the Jacuzzi was really healing for him.

Well thank you again. We had a wonderful time.

stayed at your amazing villa in august 2007. an amazing holiday had by all. saving up now for next year, need loads of money as theres so much to do!!!
the pool and jucuzzi are an amazing asset to the villa , so nice to come 'home' from the parks and just relax!!!
and the villa is so spacious you never get under each others feet.

The villa was perfect, i was unsure about 3 families sharing but found it so
large and airy that we were having to shout to find each other. It was
lovely to have a real home from home and plenty of things to use for cooking
washing etc, while still having luxury benefits like pool.
The file of info was really useful and a nice touch.
We would definately
book again.
